Fedex brought cheaper rates so we switched. Needless to say we went back to UPS a year later after the poor customer experience with us and our customers with their deliveries . Pros The only thing I like about this software is the free gifts they provided for every dollar we shipped. Cons This software is not user friendly. It's difficult to maneuver through the software. It's hard to find reports. Overall this was built by developers that didn't take into account what the end user wanted. Pros The thing I liked most was how easy it was to compile all of the orders that needed to be shipped out and then print the labels in an orderly way that wasn’t overly complicated or hard to do. It kept the process quick. Cons I would say the thing I liked least was how I can’t check prices for competitors which I understand but it can be frustrating having to go between different sites and compare. Pros We are able to create custom code in the back end via VBA in order to better integrate some functionality Cons Sometimes the software and the setup of it can be a little convoluted.
