Pros The forms are great, once we are able to get to them. Cons It is hard to decipher all of the items that are needed. Your User Training is Very Large, Your Knowledge center is also huge. The web-based feature, rather than user licenses. Also, the system updates are easy and non-disruptive to work. Cons Sometimes we still need help getting reports and data fields just right for our use, wish some more fields were modifiable. However, the support for these items has been great. This is by far the best and easiest to use without limitations on information that can be customised. Pros Ability to customise the reports required. Save & Edit reports. Ability to add custom fields tailored for individual business. User friendly Possibilities seem endless Able to input lots of information relative to each individual store Very easy to use Cons Would be nice to be able to provide an accounts payable section to be able to enter all invoices on for each individual property and end of month section to be able to provide monthly statements/remittances to Lessors. Workplace Resource Manager Information Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Have been using ProLease for a few month to create moves and designate spaces" July 11, 2017 3.0 Organization Pros Fairly easy to use and I like being able to see the space use and type and the layering. The reports are helpful. Cons Seems glitchy. Sometimes I can click on certain things and sometimes I can't to change for instance a seat assignment by going through an individual's name or changing a space usage/type. I get a lot of error messages when trying to click on individual rooms and sometimes can only change information if I click on a cluster of rooms. Senior Property Administrator Used the software for: ### "Lease Eagle Review" February 26, 2012 4.0 I would defiantly recommend Lease Eagle for all retailers as it enables them to quickly and easily get a snapshot of their lease portfolio. We haven't found any other system that compares to the functionality Lease Eagle provides us. Pros Lease Eagle has enabled us to accurately display all the portfolios we manage. We can access it via the web which means that all the information is available 24/7, not only to us but to our clients as well. The main advantage of Lease Eagle is it's reporting function. It enables us to easily get a snapshot of the portfolio in one click. Lease Eagle is also flexible in that it enables us to customise a report to suit our needs. Cons On occasion we have had minor issues however the help desk is always available and quickly solves any problems. Review Source LW Laurie W. I like that you can jump from one page to another with ease Cons That you can go to one screen and see what the current rent is. Keeps me organized and informed to make better business decisions for the company. Allows me to handle lease negotiations, maintenance/repairs and provide organization for projects concerning the locations in our portfolio. A lot of fields and home page are customizable to suit my daily tasks and needs and to be on the same page with our industry lingo. A great tool for history as well on each property with regards to maintenance and repairs if you have the Facilities Module. This can also assist with lease renewals/negotiations. A little cumbersome at times, because it does have so much information and requires detailed abstraction. But so worth it! You can have AMTDirect abstract for you, but I enjoy abstracting the leases and it really helps me to know my leases. Review Source JM Jacqueline M. Pros Like most companies API shopped around for a system that could be implented with ease, diverse across the business and great customer support. LeaseEagle without a doubt shines above all other applications we looked at and it continues to grow with our needs. We have been able to implement a cost effective method of property management in its entirety by using LeaseEagle. Very satisfied customer. Pros Prolease is extremely easy to use, easy to set up, and quite easy to add users. The software offers security boundaries if needed. My needs for a RE database include robust, flexible reporting and additional fields to house internal codes. Prolease more than meets my needs. Customer support is second to none. Many times, the need for a custom report is urgent and the team always looks for ways to meet the demands so everyone is happy. Cons Cannot think of any "Cons". Review Source BG Bart G. " February 20, 2018 3.0 Pros Very simple to move/terminate personnel in order to keep the floor plans up to date. Love the email notification when dispatching work tickets to the assigned tech. Cons Workplace: Possible better communication on next steps after training. There seemed to be a general confusion on who was supposed to do what next on the clients end. In addition, our extensions are supposed to be 5 numbers not 4. We have brought this to our contact at ProLease weeks ago but it has not been resolved. Asset management seems messy. The reporting capabilities are excellent, critical date monitoring and email alerts work as they should and the ability to easily customize the database and reports makes Prolease a go to database for most users. Responsiveness from Support is great as compared to other similar database applications. Pros The 5 Stars in the Product Ratings tells it all. Ease of use, robust reporting, excellent support. The product is very user-friendly and creates a single data source for our Real Estate departments. In addition to portfolio management and accounting processes, AMT has been a great solution for our document management needs. AMT has a very robust reporting tool allowing user-defined and ad-hoc reporting. The AMT team is wonderful to work with and they truly care about their clients.
