I like KosmoTime a lot. It helps to really focus and manage my priorities. It is a plus compared to traditionnal ToDo lists.

Pros

It helps to really focus . When using the timer, it is like i am on a race, i reject all distractions, i want to get the thing done.

Cons

I am not yet fully mastering the integration with Outlook.com and with Asana.

Pros

I love the interface, functionality, and integrations of KosmoTime! The fact that it integrates into Slack and Chrome is really helpful, especially for those who are all over the place with their tasks.

Cons

Though there are a few parts of KosmoTime, that were confusing at first like focus blocks, after reading into it I understood it better :)

It's has TRANSFORMED my personal productivity. I highly recommend it to every busy professional!

Pros

My problem with to-do list is that tasks kept accumulating; I needed something to help me DO my tasks, not just capture them. KosmoTime is amazing. It lets me plan my week and schedule my tasks in my calendar. I can batch related tasks in Focus Blocks for extra efficiency. Kosmo also closes my tabs so that I don't get distracted. It is AMAZING!

Cons

I look forward to seeing a mobile app so that I can view my day when I wake up

Pros

The simplicity of KosmoTime makes it more attractive. The distraction blocking feature helps me to stay focused on my work. It’s a completely personal project & task management tool.

Cons

I haven't found any issue with KosmoTime. If they build mobile applications that would be great.
