Pros

The program has worked well, as it has connected me with many people that i would not have been able to reach on my own. My goal is to build an audience in the LinkedIn space and it is doing that well.

Cons

i would say that it is a different dynamic for someone like me, however, they offer support with a live coach who can help those of us who are less tech forward how to make things work easily and effectively. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been of great help to me and i am looking forward to what i will be learning more on the many capabilities of this program moving forward.

The reason is that customer support is essential to help me with your services. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been 'invaluable.' We meet every 2 weeks, where he looks at the settings and campaigns and identifies areas that can be improved.

Pros

I enjoy working with \[sensitive content hidden\]. He is knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, and provides good ideas.

Cons

There are numerous settings. Working with \[sensitive content hidden\] helps me to use Buzz, which provides me with LinkedIn contacts with people I want to connect.

### "From Raving Fan to Chargebacks - Beware!"

We started as raving fans of Buzz and even referred ~8 accounts. The service looks polished, but performance was inconsistent: repeated days with low/zero sends. With daily limits set to ~36 connection requests/day, our average hovered around ~15/day. We canceled in mid‑August. That’s where it got ugly. Cancellation wasn’t self‑serve. Support made us complete a separate “Cancellation Request Form” and wait 48 hours...meanwhile, billing continued. Despite acknowledging our cancellation, we were charged again mid September. Days later, Buzz emailed saying our subscription was “fully cancelled,” then asked us to withdraw the dispute so they could “refund faster.” Weeks of follow‑ups, still no full refund. We’ve filed multiple chargebacks. My take: there are better tools out there. If you try this tool, document everything, set a cancel reminder, and don’t withdraw any dispute until the money is actually back. I wish someone had warned me.

Pros

None - and we used the platform for 6+ months. Their customer support staff is friendly, but their answers don't work and they had multiple excuses (changing each month) as to why their system was not hitting THEIR OWN KPIs!! The best thing about Buzz was that it got us onto another platform that works FANTASTICALLY

Cons

I have 15+ emails with them trying to be cordial and find a solution, our case was escalated to upper management who in writing wrote that they would be refunding us, and ON THE SAME DAY they were disputing our chargeback. Their reason was "if you withdraw your chargeback, we can refund you faster" Anyone who runs a business knows this is a lie, you can refund people any time you want (chargeback or not)

Isaac has been great at getting back to us with any questions we have about the platform!! He is always willing to help and get on a call to make sure campaigns are working the way they should be.

Cons

The process of adding new seats now & sometimes the code expires too early for our clients to be able to send it over to us.

### "I had high hopes, but ultimately got disappointed massively by bad customer service"

I had high hopes that this would help with my LinkedIn outreach. However, the setup was not very intuitive, and the help files were not helpful at all. Then, I wasn't able to log in to my LinkedIn account for about a month; when I told customer support that I had been locked out of LinkedIn, they continued to charge me and offered little to no help in problem-solving why this happened. This went on for several months and despite telling them to cancel or hold my account billing until it was fixed... they continued to bill me. No response to my request for a refund even though I had no way of using the software.... Such bad business practices... I would not recommend them to anyone.

Pros

The integration into GHL was very intriguing to me as it would help with automations and contact tracking. The idea of creating connections in LinkedIn was really well thought out.

Cons

Not very intuitive Help files were confusing Ultimately didn't work and got me banned from LinkedIn.

A very bad experience, especially when we are charged for outdated data. They said they would fix it, but the deadlines given so far have not been met.

Pros

Mix LinkedIn and email messages to automate the cadence.

Cons

They charge credits for "enriched profiles." But the data they provide is almost always inaccurate or outdated.

### "Not suitable for businesses offering services."

Not being able to opt out unless 2 months' prior notice on a 3-month subscription. Recommended we try the conversational approach even though we shared our previous negative experiences with this approach. Created and ran 6 campaigns, 2 for each of our accounts and 2500 contacts in each campaign with a 5-message sequence. No campaign ran for the first 10 days. After that, the campaigns ran for about 2 months. Half-time we were asked about our target audience and industry segments by an additional/new campaign manager. One new campaign was launched with new sequence messages. Did not challenge us on the information on our website, did not use the partner’s and client’s pages to filter out the current clients and partners, and did not engage with us on a deeper level to understand if they are able to choose suitable segments for us or not. Their understanding of the European market seems extremely limited i.e. France was selected as a suitable region but we do not speak French. It was not “entirely done for us”, we did not see the A/B testing results, and communication was extremely implicit i.e. we did not get any proactive communication on campaign results even on a monthly basis. Some Pro Plan Support features were never offered nor delivered e.g. Custom Training and Onboarding and Full Strategy Development. We didn’t get any information on what was done, nor did we get any real leads at all! We used the app between April and June 2023.

Pros

I found a few features nifty - the fact that you can combine LinkedIn messages and emails in sequences, and the video intro popup I haven't seen in any other app.

Cons

We tried the Pro plan. Statistics were unclear, messages were marked as read in the LinkedIn messages, and message sending and syncing didn't happen in real time.

Reason for choosing Buzz

We wanted to try the experience as we are doing such trials with similar products.

Worst experience with a lead generation partner

Pros

Nothing at all I hated it, the team was so poor at support and the platform was so clunky and all they tried to do was charge my card

Cons

Nothing works and they wouldn't refund me. The platform and support was so terrible I definitely wouldn't use it, I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me so I did a chargeback.

Brutal. This is not a high performer company, it is primarily a thin attempt to scoop as much money from your credit card as possible.

Pros

None. The best thing I can say about Buzz and their service is that I am happily with my credit card companies help, no longer a customer.

Cons

Setup is confusing, software is buggy, support is impossible, charging card will continue; no matter if you cancel in writing 31 days ahead of billing cycle.

Pros

I have been impressed how quickly I am getting good leads from Buzz once we got started. Not everything is perfect, not every leads turns into something meaningful but it is increasing our engagement and I think we are getting good traction.

Cons

Sometimes I have some technical issues with the platform not loading properly but pretty minor
