The need for more internet speed was a setback at first in a rural area.

Pros

This software is very intuitive for the doctor and staff. SOAP notes are Medicare compliant and take seconds to complete. Facial recognition allows ease of patient check.

Cons

We like the auto posting features for EOB’s but it takes a small learning curve to master it
