It offers me superb dashboard utility which helps in maintaining my historical, current and predictive viewpoints of business operations. 3. Also it gives me fantastic reporting tool, brilliant analytics processor for data mining and process mining action items. Cons 1\. It has complex event processing which is quite challenging to implement. 2. Sometimes its difficult to segregate unstructured data for identification purposes.
