In today's complexity, Emporix offers a fast and lean way to get a grip on technical progress. The advantages are not only the TCO consideration but also the short realization time.

Cons

Like any very flexible customizable software, you also need to have the knowledge of what all needs to be customized for your own business processes.

As Emporix is a very flexible solution it allows for plenty of customization options, starting from a bespoke front-end solution through custom processes and flows. Working with Emporix gives the feeling of having a partner on your side who is very interested in implementing great projects together with customers and partners.

Pros

The detailed API documentation is a great help for an effective software development. The cooperation with Emporix is excellent; if you have questions, you always receive quick and first-class support. Ideas and suggestions are taken into account when developing the roadmap.

Cons

In my work with the Emporix platform so far, I have not been able to identify any functions that I would have missed.

Excellent.

Pros

From the moment that Emporix was selected our company was able to implement it for our client in 12 weeks. This is unheard of in the enterprise space.

Cons

The front-end is bespoke and must be built. Thankfully Avatria has a reference storefront that integrates with Emporix to address this issue.

Pros

The Emporix platform is a modern, cloud-native solution that offers high-availability and scalability needed by commerce systems of any scale. Beside the rich functionality offered out of the box, the company is able to be agile and help their customers to gain advantage over the competitors by delivering new capabilities in reaction to market signs.

Cons

Compared to a monolith, SaaS software customisation is more focused on integrations than on building custom components into existing platform's code. Sometimes this can be challenging, yet at the same time this brings flexibility and better separation of concerns.
