Beside the rich functionality offered out of the box, the company is able to be agile and help their customers to gain advantage over the competitors by delivering new capabilities in reaction to market signs. Cons Compared to a monolith, SaaS software customisation is more focused on integrations than on building custom components into existing platform's code. Pros From the moment that Emporix was selected our company was able to implement it for our client in 12 weeks. This is unheard of in the enterprise space. Cons The front-end is bespoke and must be built. Thankfully Avatria has a reference storefront that integrates with Emporix to address this issue. The cooperation with Emporix is excellent; if you have questions, you always receive quick and first-class support. Ideas and suggestions are taken into account when developing the roadmap.
