We found Superchat initially quite helpful during installation, however the experience quickly deteriorated once we began trialling the system internally. During the trial period, the service went down completely due to an issue with WhatsApp and remained offline for 8 days. Superchat repeatedly blamed this on an alleged non-payment of a Meta bill, which was simply not true. The payment was pending and due to be taken at the end of the billing cycle, as per standard Meta billing. This explanation was incorrect and deeply frustrating. What concerned us most was the lack of accountability. Every issue was deflected back to Meta, with no ownership taken by Superchat themselves. Despite demanding a clear explanation and reassurance that this would not happen again, neither were ever provided. Customer service during this period was extremely poor. Thankfully, we were only trialling the system on one number. Had this been fully rolled out across our business, the downtime could have cost us thousands of pounds. To make matters worse, the contract operates on a continuous card payment authority, meaning cancellation is not straightforward. Despite the service failure and lack of support, we are now being required to pay the full 12-month contract, even though the system has not been used. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The product may look promising on the surface, but the reliability, customer service, and contract structure raise serious concerns.

Helpful initially, \[sensitive content hidden\] was very good. Some good training initially with the system and to be fair did not pressure us. We were quite confident it was going to work for our business.

System was completely down for 8 days during our trial period Issues repeatedly blamed on Meta rather than taking ownership Incorrect claim that downtime was caused by a non-payment, which was untrue Poor communication and lack of reassurance when problems arose No clear explanation provided for the outage Risk to businesses relying on WhatsApp for inbound leads Continuous card payment authority makes cancellation difficult Required to pay a full 12-month contract despite service failure and non-use

Mehre Leute über eine WhatsApp-Nummer ist für einige Anwendungen schon praktisch und Superchat halt ein Anbieter

Cons

Bissl teuer und kein Service bei Abdockung: mussten unsere WhatsApp Nummer jetzt wegschmeißen; ließ sich nicht mehr installieren und die verweigern förmlich Support.

Bislang sind unsere Kunden und wir sehr begeistert von Superchat. Auch Arztpraxen lieben diese Art der Kommunikationsmöglichkeit und den schnellen und problemlosen Kommunikationskanal. Wenn mal ein Problem auftritt, ist das Team im Support innerhalb sehr kurzer Zeit ereichbar und arbeitet sehr engagiert und mit großem Fachwissen an einer Lösung.

Pros

Das Superchat es uns und unseren Kunden ermöglicht datenschutzkonform miteinander in Kontakt zu treten und unsere Kunden und wir uns sicher sein können, dass die Chats sicher sind.

Cons

Da gibt es grad nichts. Wenn was ist, wird es durchs Supportteam innerhalb kürzester Zeit und sehr kurzer Reaktionszeit behoben.

Nicht nur Vertriebs- und Vertragsphase sind sehr professionell und persönlich (!), auch der Support ist überaus kundenorientiert, kompetent und ausdauernd, ganz besonders im Dickicht des Meta-Dschungels :-)

Pros

Seriös, aktuell, bedarfsorientiert - auch als "Kleinkunde" und Newbie wurden wir von Beginn an ernst genommen und auch so behandelt!

Cons

Bis jetzt sind uns keine Nachteile aufgefallen. Die Schnittstellen zum Meta-Universum sind mit Geduld und großartigem Support zu meistern.

Die Benutzeroberfläche ist klar und effizient, das Onboarding war schnell abgeschlossen, und die Integration in unsere bestehenden Prozesse funktionierte reibungslos. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns der Support: freundlich, proaktiv und mit echtem Interesse an unserem Erfolg. Selbst bei Sonderwünschen oder Rückfragen wurde immer eine Lösung gefunden. Gerade im Vergleich zu anderen Tools ist Superchat für uns die professionellste und gleichzeitig persönlichste Lösung am Markt.

Der Support ist nicht nur schnell erreichbar, sondern auch extrem freundlich, lösungsorientiert und engagiert.
