It should be integrated with the functionalities of Pipedrive. Whenever you add a tag in superchat or in pipedrive, it should also be modified on the other platform

We found Superchat initially quite helpful during installation, however the experience quickly deteriorated once we began trialling the system internally. During the trial period, the service went down completely due to an issue with WhatsApp and remained offline for 8 days. Superchat repeatedly blamed this on an alleged non-payment of a Meta bill, which was simply not true. The payment was pending and due to be taken at the end of the billing cycle, as per standard Meta billing. This explanation was incorrect and deeply frustrating. What concerned us most was the lack of accountability. Every issue was deflected back to Meta, with no ownership taken by Superchat themselves. Despite demanding a clear explanation and reassurance that this would not happen again, neither were ever provided. Customer service during this period was extremely poor. Thankfully, we were only trialling the system on one number. Had this been fully rolled out across our business, the downtime could have cost us thousands of pounds. To make matters worse, the contract operates on a continuous card payment authority, meaning cancellation is not straightforward. Despite the service failure and lack of support, we are now being required to pay the full 12-month contract, even though the system has not been used. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The product may look promising on the surface, but the reliability, customer service, and contract structure raise serious concerns.

Pros

Helpful initially, \[sensitive content hidden\] was very good. Some good training initially with the system and to be fair did not pressure us. We were quite confident it was going to work for our business.

Cons

System was completely down for 8 days during our trial period Issues repeatedly blamed on Meta rather than taking ownership Incorrect claim that downtime was caused by a non-payment, which was untrue Poor communication and lack of reassurance when problems arose No clear explanation provided for the outage Risk to businesses relying on WhatsApp for inbound leads Continuous card payment authority makes cancellation difficult Required to pay a full 12-month contract despite service failure and non-use

I often have demos of SAAS products and usually end up questioning what problem they are trying to solve or unimpressed by the system itself. Superchat blew me away with it's functionality, simplicity and potential. I was also very impressed with both the representatives I spoke to. The software works like a dream and I had an annual ROI within 24 hours of going live.

Pros

The onboarding was amazing, the system is so intuitive anyway though. It really has supercharged our chat!

Cons

There's not really anything I dislike about it, other than only offering 2 automations for free on the basic plan.

There's nothing I don't like so far, if anything that there isn't a real iPad appr

Great support. Whether it's simple or complex questions about the API, assistance is always provided. The explanation of the help texts is comprehensible and always friendly. Especially convenient is the support accessible via WhatsApp, which adds a more personal and close touch to the whole experience. The API documentation is very detailed and well-structured. The JSON code can be understood immediately. Can only recommend it to everyone. Keep up the good work!

Cons

The API is expandable, but the team is already working on further development. The goals are clearly defined.

Cons

Dass man die Vorlagen nicht für WhatsApp und Instagram gleich nutzen kann sondern immer getrennte erstellen muss.

Die Kommunikation per Whatsapp und die Erhöhung der Erreichbarkeit potenzieller Bewerber mit anschließender Automation. Das spart viel Zeit und nerven.

Cons

Vielleicht könnte man noch mehr Möglichkeiten anbieten, um die Kontaktkarten noch weiter anzupassen. Bspw. die Eingabefelder in der Größe einstellen, um auch längere Texte direkt zu sehen. Echt nur eine Kleinigkeit. Mehr fällt mir nicht ein.

Sehr freundlicher, schneller Kontakt. Super Lösungsorientiert. Das Produkt ist schnell zu verstehen und selbsterklärend. Alle Funktionen sind durchdacht und lassen sich leicht einbinden.

Cons

Die anfallenden Kosten bei Überschreitung der Limits wie z.b Automatismen. Das kostenpflichtige Senden von Whatsappvorlagen bei Erstkontakt oder Ablauf der 24 Stunden (kein direktes Problem von Superchat)

Wir haben bisher sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Oberfläche ist angenehm zu bedienen und der Support ist super.

Pros

Sehr innovativ, es verändert sich viel und neue Funktionen kommen regelmässig. Der Support denkt mit und es macht Spass mit Superchat zu arbeiten.

Cons

Obwohl regelmässig neue Funktionen kommen, ist das WhatsApp-Marketing noch in den Anfängen, bzw noch ist nicht alles möglich.

Support ist tadellos (man freut sich, den Support zu kontaktieren), praktisch im Alltag. Ich nutze es noch viel zu wenig

Pros

Flexibel, einfach in der Handhabung, sehr praktisch und gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis Ich brauche keinen Newsletter und kann auch einen Blog quasi ersetzten (ausser für SEO)

Cons

GUI ist zum Teil etwas unübersichtlich und "wild", nicht, Produkt dürfte schnell gewachsen sein
