Owner Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Needs Some Improvement " September 9, 2021 4.0 Overall my experience has been good other than the annoyances I mentioned in the Cons section. But I can overlook those because I have a lifetime deal from AppSumo. I wouldn't overlook these things if I was paying monthly. However, I haven't needed to contact support or anything like that. The system all works just fine with no issues other than what I mentioned in the Cons section. Pros I purchased a lifetime deal of Signaturely through AppSumo and if it weren't for that I honestly wouldn't be using it. I do like the ease of use of the platform overall, the ability to save templates and quickly send them to clients is great. This helps speed up our on boarding process and makes it very easy for clients to get the paperwork out of the way which is huge because our clients are typically business owners and have little to no time for this kind of thing. The ability to save templates and create a signing order is also a big deal. We offer a lot of different services so with the signing order I'm able to send it to myself first, fill out the monthly fees, scope of work, etc. and then send it to the client and also allows me an extra chance to catch any mistakes before it goes to the client. Cons Overall this app is just like any other I've used, simple, easy, no worries. What makes it not worth the money for me is, 1. I was using Eversign before and that was $10/month for the basic paid plan (they also had a free plan) and it does everything Signaturely does (and more) but Signaturely is $20/month and you can only have 1 template vs 3 with Eversign for example. 2. Signaturely has some glitches and formatting issues. This is the biggest one for me that makes it annoying to use and why I ultimately wouldn't recommend it. When preparing a document to send you can insert the different items onto the document such as date, text field, signature, etc. but with a normal sized text document the boxes are actually too big and end up looking weird and are hard to place on the lines of the document unless your text is pretty large. 3. The other formatting issue is when you have a large text field. For example we use a text field to enter scope of work which in some cases is quite a lot of text (nearly a whole page of text to enter) and it is very hard to format it to look right. For example when I copy and paste text into the text field if I try to edit the last sentence every time I type a character or space it takes the curser to the very beginning. So I can only type one letter at a time and have to click back to where I was. Very annoying. So ultimately with the price and annoyances like that I can't recommend this just yet to anyone. Pros The ease of use, and not having to pay a monthly or yearly subscription for a document signing service. Cons The only negative was on "my" behalf, when I tried to use it in haste. I thought the Signaturely System had a built in form creator like Adobe or Nitro..LOL. So I got frustrated because I wanted it to have one. LOL... However, you have to create your own form and import it in for signing. Which is flawless, and really not a negative. So the negative was on me for not understanding clearly how to set it up. The Signaturely team reached out to do a demo, but me being the tech guy that I am, I didn't want to do it, but instead wanted to figure it out. I paid one time, and I'm a lifetime user, with free updates, and when you need to control costs as a company, you need to be able to purchase your daily use tools with a one payment purchase. I have a legal service for doc signing but...it's very expensive monthly and I'm trying to migrate all my business from that platform to Signaturely as well. Signaturely get's the job done. For a ONE TIME purchase. The best tool I've bought in 2021. If you have a need to send docs for signatures and you don't have Signaturely, you're not plugged into the right information about the "BEST" must have tools to help your business work flow, so that you can get more deals closed "faster", which means you're going to make more money. Like I said, it's a "no brainer" once you try it to completion. \*\*\*You do need to have a PDF Form Creator on hand\*\*\* In the future, that would be a nice addition to add to the roadmap to be integrated in Signaturely. This can make the ability to get documents signed a slow process. Since moving to signaturely I get a professional, cost effective solution with auditable signature trails that can allow me to get documents signed within minutes, causing little to no down time on projects Pros This is so easy to use and set up with a clean and easy to use interface, great tracking features and easy customizations. For the people receiving the documents, they get clean no mess view that they don’t have to go through multiple layers to get to the document to review and sign. I don't need to spend 2 hours fiddling with the software that can be better spent elsewhere, with Signaturely I rarely spend more then 10 minutes within the app itself. Pros Extremely easy to use, I can just upload a ready made PDF, add fields where they need to be, assign a signer to each and send to everyone directly from Signaturely. I don't need to fight clunky UI to make a simple change, I can preview it in the app, make quick changes in a Google Doc and be back within a minute. Clients that have never used an e-signature software had no issues understanding what they need to do and how to sign, the workflow on that is just stupid simple and works. Haven't used forms, templates or integrations as I'm not at a point where I need those yet but that fact didn't make the experience worse in any way. It's perfect for what I need it to do and Signaturely look like they're the perfect partners for starters that are slowly growing their business and need just the right tool that can grow alongside them, not give them the entire all you can eat buffet with a markup for features they won't use yet or ever. Cons One minor thing. When you receive an email to sign as the creator, the email is sent from an alias that's your (creator's) full name. Makes sense for other signers but it triggers some sort of flagging mechanism in Google's inbox and notifies to be careful as the alias is the same as the one within the domain but doesn't come from it. Nothing major though. February 18, 2022 5.0 I really like the fact that our team has unlimited monthly number of document send outs. Compared to some other products, although we pay more, we have limited number of document send outs. This was actually the main reason why we switched to Signaturely. Pros I can send multiple people a document to sign, track the progress, send reminders automatically, store the documents and all those things makes the last stage of closing a deal really fun :) Cons I haven't had any issues with the software, yet. CEO/Photographer Photography Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Signing Thoughtlessly" March 11, 2022 4.0 It solves a few problems - reduced travel (or postage), less cost in time and effort to amend and re-send an agreement, allows me to work on other things while I wait for clients to commit to the agreement, I can see clearly who's read, signed and returned agreements and I can follow individual signatories on a single document. Pros I adopted this knowing that in my sales pipeline the actual signing of the agreement was something that clients needed space and privacy to do. Me hovering over them with an expensive pen and inlaid paper was not the required vibe. Using the remote system allows my clients to take their time and make their decision together without pressure. Meanwhile, I don't have to think about it. I'm getting on with other work... and I do all the work! Cons Currently, the email that brings the contract to the clients has limits on its presentation. It was critical that we get a signed contract over to a customer through an electronic delivery system, Signaturely fit the bill right out of the box. Contracts were signed and the day was saved. Pros The "Sign" features are amazing. The ability to determine who or who cannot send documents. Also, the granularity to which you can determine signatures needed were features we definitely needed. Signaturely sends me emails when the document has been signed, which is pretty much what I wanted in an e signature program. Pros The ease of use in uploading documents for signatures. You just upload, drag and drop and input where you want the signatures. Cons It does seem however that you can't upload batch documents into one email for signatures. I also disliked that there is no integration for zapier, integrately, or pabbly. February 18, 2021 5.0 Pros What a lot of other solutions in this market don't get and Signaturely nails is that I hate admin work I don't want to spend hours doing unnecessary stuff rather than focusing on my business. From annoying onboarding and initial set up to utterly complex customization is super annoying whereas right from the time I shifted to Signaturely it's been super super easy and quick to do through the whole process not just for me but for the person on the other side of the deal as well. The really astonishing part is that it is also incredibly powerful at the same time as well. I have been recommending it to a lot of people and have heard similar feedback from others too and the pricing is super affordable when compared to alternatives Cons There is really nothing which you can not like about the product because being a new product it is already getting work done far better than all the alternatives out there. I just import the document int Signaturely, set the signature lines and email it off to the people I need to sign. I can track the progress of the document (opened, viewed, signed, completed) Pros I like being able to securely send a document out for electronic signature. Cons I can not currently think of any additional features I would require. This product has integrated well into my sales process. When I saw Signaturely pop up on AppSumo, a quick overview of the service was all I needed to pickup two codes. In operation it's been everything we needed. Pros: - Clean UI - Easy to Setup / Quick Learning Curve - Custom Branding - Not Bogged Down with Unnecessary Features - Cloud Storage Integration for Filing Contracts with Creative Files as a Package Easily It does one thing and it does it very, very well. Cons I haven't come across any cons to the software yet.
