The templates work very well. Many options to layout multiple signees signature fields. Love the ability to send out reminders, by glancing over the documents statutes. Cons In the document status section, there should be more options to display specific number of documents. Pros The biggest pro is that you get unlimited contract templates for as low as $15 per month, which is more than what any other companies offer. It integrates well with both Google Drive and OneDrive. It has a nice, clean user interface and is extremely easy to use. Cons Nothing much, it is very good in my opinion. It does lack some of the advanced features that premium tools offer, but it has everything I need. This did exactly what I needed for low volume usage Cons I had a hard time uploading my document from Google Drive on my phone. It worked perfectly with my laptop. This may be a browser issue rather than a technical one. Signaturely was easy to use, setup, and get running. Pros It took minutes to get set up. It was easy to use for me and everyone I sent documents to sign. It got the job done quickly and efficiently. For every subscription, they plant a tree. Customer service was quick to respond and helpful. Cons There was a small bug I encountered during my first usage of the product, but their customer support was quick to respond and get it fixed. Are you going to actually help me? They tried to get me to pay twice and when I showed them I already had a subscription they escalated my support ticket. As the platform is still young, we look forward with anticipation to the improvements that will make an already great product better. Pros Signaturely has all the features that we need for our simple document signing workflows. After dabbling with a similar product from one of the industry giants we felt that the product was overkill for our needs and way out of our budget. When we saw the Signaturely deal on AppSumo we snagged it in a whim and haven't looked back. It meets most of the features to fit in our Goldilocks zone. Cons We hope that we will get to send out emails with our own domain soon. Currently, they go out using Signaturely's service but that is a minor inconvenience for our use case. Since I am a freelancer, this way I can protect easily my freelance work. Pros I really like how easy is to upload a contract or a translation request form, send it to my clients and have it read and signed by them. Cons Sometimes I wish I could see easily where I can scan and add my own signal (handwritten) in the documents. I would like to use Signaturely for clients to sign remotelly for business and legal purposes, but the lack of embedded signature verification and very inadequate audit trial limits the usefulness of this product, even though it is easy to use. Pros Very easy to use and implement. Clients seem to have no difficulty with the software. Cons The audit trail is rudimentary at best. The attached "Document Audit Trail" does not even state that the audit is being provided by Signaturely or how to contact the provider, so there is no possible way even to use the "Document id" printed on the audit trail. Further, there is no stamp on the document itself to show that the electronic signature is valid. Courts and others strip every shred of metadata from submitted e-docs for security reasons, so the electronic signature is gone entirely in the upload process before the court clerk, official, or other entity can review the document. In addition, the lack of an signature verification embedded directly with the document makes proof of electronic signature very, very challenging even for a contract, lease, or other routine document. I love that it does the followup automatically. Cons I found that I needed to login via Incognito in Chrome to send a contract but it could be a conflict with my chrome extensions. Reason for choosing Signaturely I like how I could import a PDF and place date, initials and signature fields anywhere I wanted. I love the automated followup and the ease of use for my clients.
