If there occurs a problem the support is on your side in a finger snip. For me, it´s running very well and improvements are made step by step. What else you can ask for? Will was incredible at making sure I understood everything, although the site is already self explanatory. Customer service reps who are attentive helps a small business like myself feel supported and that matters! Pros It was very simple for Computer dummy like myself to upload my document and send to Signer. The ease was my favorite part. Adding text and date stamps and signature squares was so easy, especially if you can work a word document this will be a piece of cake. This has been a huge boon to my business. Pros This process allows me to capture client leads right away, by having retainer agreements in the computer that I can send to potential clients while I am on the phone with them, and they can sign and return to me. It makes me seem bigger and very professional. It is part of building the trust that is needed to produce winning results. Cons I just need to remember to provide the clients with the access password so they can open the document up. Maybe having a feature to send the password in a different email would be great. Signaturely fits the bill nicely. The end user is able to view and sign documents easily. Cons The bulk template CSV function doesn't always work. I downloaded a csv file from airtable and I kept getting an error message that information was missing from a blank row. I copied and pasted the information into the sample sheet you provided in the help center and it worked fine. One other issue is on a bulk send it would be nice to see who hasn't responded at a glance vs having to go into each document individually. Pros The software is user friendly and allows you to type, draw and upload documents. It also allows you to collaborate with team members and either sign the document or request signature from others either from your computer or phone. It tracks and allows you to follow up and your documents are keep in one location. In my opinion, it it a combination of DocuSign and Adobe in one. I highly recommend this software! Cons I am new to this platform, however, I have not encountered any issues. Pros I love how easy it is to get your account set up and begin using it. I get the power of onboarding to customize the user experience, but some companies go way too over the top with this right off the bat. Signaturely did not. I love how easy it was. Cons Nothing yet! Still very new to the software and I know the product itself is very new. I'm sure there will be some minor tweaks that still need to be worked out, but the team is awesome at making you aware of their roadmpa. Once you do it once, it's also easy to get used to inserting the signature capture blocks, and the best part of course is that it's simple for the client to click a link and go sign an agreement. Cons I can't say there's anything I don't like, but it would be excellent if a proposal-to-agreement option could be set up. Right now I use Proposify for proposals, but I delete their signature page and create my agreements in Signaturely once a client provides me with a verbal or emailed go-ahead on a project. I would rather do all of this in one interface, and right now it's possible in Proposify...but I'd prefer to use Signaturely for all of it if that has any potential of happening. Cons Working in a translation company, I'd appreciate more interface language (both for the back-end and for the front-end), but all in all I have no complaints. Some internal some external. This software has cut the time we spend on this by 80%. Getting things signed has never been easier for our organization. Pros Able to create our forms in our shared google suit then push them out and make them singable. Easily integrates with our other software. Cons Paragraph section would be nice for short answers. Reason for choosing Signaturely We were offered a lifetime deal but we’re looking for a solution. This was the first solution we had seen that we liked. The software is unobtrusive, gets the job done, and isn't overly filled with bells and whistles that shouldn't be there in the first place. It does what it is supposed to do. Cons This may be a fringe use case, but it has issues placing fields onto documents when using iPadOS. Reason for choosing Signaturely I haven't needed to use more than 3 signatures a month. Cons I would like to be able to edit the document in Signaturaly. Currently, I have to edit & save & then import to Signaturaly. Seems this step could be eliminated.
