Print IQ is great on the front end of selling you the product and getting in through the implementation process efficiently. They are not so great on the back end of support. We piloted this software with our Large Format division and it covers about 85% of what we need it to do.

Pros

The setup team was great and worked well at our pace, and the implementation went smoothly. The support staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the print industry. The functionality and accuracy are great.

Cons

The customer support response time is poor and there are limitations to the software that were unexpected. Some of the support team is overseas which makes it difficult to connect on urgent matters. Job tickets are limited in size as far as how many parts you can have. Large-scale projects with multiple production parts have to be broken into small groupings due to the software not being able to compute more than a certain number of parts (we see max of about 16-18). Changes that are needed after the original build get expensive and may times are subject to timely build outs at the customer's expense.
