My experience with ACADIA has been perfect, only praise to give. It’s a very complete product with many features, without a doubt the best training management and standardization tool. It has great capabilities and, moreover, it is easy to access and understand for the end user. Just compliments—ACADIA and the ACADIA team are amazing. I’m very proud to be responsible for the product at Ambev SAZ.

Pros

What I like most about Acadia are its features. It is a product with many capabilities that is easy to access and understand from the end-user's perspective. It delivers and generates great value when it comes to knowledge management and standardization. An excellent product—undoubtedly the best.

Cons

I don’t really have anything I like least about Acadia. For me, Acadia is one of the best products I’ve ever known, and I really like it. The only point I would mention is having more autonomy to create our own groups for sending trainings, instead of using broadcast lists with email groups—similar to the model implemented in Skills Progression, which turned out amazing.

Customer Success, Customer Support and Technical Support teams are all outstanding. We love the people as much as the product.

Pros

Acadia has played an integral part in the electronic documentation and recording of our extensive training programs and various skills levels. Acadia has proven to be very reliable and easy to use.

Cons

Frankly I'm having a hard time trying to come up with anything negative to say. While there's some things we'd like Adacia to do or do in a different way that's mostly due to our process, not a shortfall in Acadia as far as I'm concerned.
