En general, con la plataforma la experiencia ha sido muy buena, ya que la plataforma nos a ayudado a simplicar la información en la organización, a controlar procesos y a optimizar el tiempo, a adicional a ello, hemos tenido siempre una respuesta pronta y oportuna sobre las inquietudes o dudas que se nos presentan, a través del las diferentes asesorías.

Pros

Esta plataforma nos ha permitido tener documentos, procesos, indicadores, auditorias, riesgos y planes de acciona en una sola plataforma, evitando perdidas de información y duplicidad de archivos.

Cons

una desventaja que hemos tenido, tiene que ver con la necesidad exclusiva o dependencia de la conexión establece y optima del internet, ya que en zonas, rurales o lejanas de las aras centrales, la señal puede ser un inconveniente.

Desde la implementación se han mejorado y optimizado muchos procesos, aunque la plataforma tiene alguna oportunidades de mejora.

Optimización de procesos, organización, digitalización, el modulo de talento humano y seguridad y salud en trabajo.

No gestión de tickest de manera oportuna que se relacionan por correo o por la misma plataforma lo que genera retrasos en los procesos.

Para mi Kawak es mi mano derecha en mi trabajo, la he utilizado en dos organizaciones y ha sido un éxito, la recomiendo totalmente.

Pros

Kawak es una herramienta que permite gestionar los sistemas de gestión integrados, es muy intuitiva, permite realizar seguimiento y asignar responsables a tareas y compromisos y contar con la información en tiempo real, una gran ventaja es que Kawak alimenta automáticamente el listado maestro de documentos y realiza la divulgación automática por correo cada vez que se actualizan los documentos. El soporte y servicio al cliente de Kawak es excelente, el personal te enseña a como sacar mayor provecho a la herramienta y te acompaña cada vez que lo necesites. En realidad Kawak nos facilita la vida a los que coordinamos y mantenemos el SGI.

Cons

En ocasiones hay algún tipo de falla en su funcionamiento (temas de configuración), como toda herramienta, pero con colocar el ticket de soporte esto se soluciona en el menor tiempo posible.

En términos generales es una aplicación muy funcional, me gusta cuando consulto los webinar, hay temas muy interesante que me han ayudado a fortalecer mi conocimientos.

La oportuna respuesta cuando tengo inquietudes. La aplicación es muy fácil para acceder a la información requerida. Cuando hay un caída de la plataforma la solucionan rápidamente.

La experiencia con KAWAK ha sido bastante importante en el desarrollo de nuestras funciones ya que al centralizar la documentación todo es mas ágil y nos facilita el ingreso y búsqueda de los documentos, además que siempre están ordenados.

De la plataforma lo que mas me ha gustado es la oportuna y clara atención de los especialistas, siempre dispuestos para brindar la asesoría que requiero.

Cons
