Pros I don't have to use Windows Server to manage printers. Cons I don't like that they moved away from their on-prem, but the cloud version still works great. Systems Administrator Events Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Game Changer!" August 20, 2024 5.0 Excellent! \*\*\*\*\* We deployed the client via Intune and it was smooth as glass. Pros Migration and deployment was a breeze. Considering its direct IP printing it makes troubleshooting super easy as well. Off network printing is a cool feature. I didn't even know our users needed to print while working remotely but apparently they do. Printerlogic thought of that too. Everyone on the account and support teams are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the product. Never had to wait for another engineer to contact us on a problem. Cons I would like support for v4 drivers. It's not the end of the world but would be nice.
