Pros

Printer logic made the installation of the KM copiers a breathe, what used to take 2-5 mins was cut short to less than 30 seconds and no need to constantly train help desk and end users on the installation aspect

Cons

Few customizations to the front end page

Adding and removing drivers for different OS is easy

Pros

Use of use, supports MFA and Okta sign ins

Cons

Don't really have any, it has proved to be easy to manage and maintain.

Still pretty new to PrinterLogic as we are still working on the layout, but seems to be promising so far

Cons

There's going to be some trial an error but the KB articles are helpful
