Nos gusta que tenga las novedades y desarrollos, pero sí que es verdad de tener que afrontar una subida de coste anual de 5% por la mejora es el punto débil de servicio Endalia con la situación actual nuestro. Pros Tener la gestión de nómina integrada junto con la plataforma HCM es el punto más fuerte de Endalia para nosotros. Y la gestión de la nómina, atención a las consultas con muy rápidas, relevante y útil. También nos gusta las revistas que se genera cada mes, y las materiales relacionados a la gestión HR, que nos ayuda estar actualizado al mercado laboral. Cons Aún hay algunos datos que no se había vinculado (compensación y gestión de nómina), aunque según account manager está previsto la mejora de este punto en unos meses. Y algún informe que no deja elegir todos los campos que necesitamos y hay que generar 2 diferentes para vincular. Sería estupendo tener una opción de HR Master donde aparece todos los datos (datos personales, profesional, compensación, centro de coste) como un "comodín". Por último por el 5% de la subida anual por la mejora, que es la subida bastante significante para nuestro directivo a la hora de toma de decisión.
