Although some dimensions and metrics do not appear, you can always use a calculated field. Cons Any integration problem is difficult to solve with the Support team. Pricing can be high depending on the volume of connectors you need. There's no way to do this natively with GDS, a tool like Porter is required. I found Supermetrics expensive and intimidating, so I was pleased to find Porter. Pros The smooth (and fun) interface makes it easy to connect data sources and start building a report. The pricing is very competitive, and I love that the team will actually set a report up for you. Cons Everything has been pretty smooth, I have no complaints. Reasons for choosing Porter The affordable pricing, the more approachable brand, and the hands-on support with setup were the deciding factors for us.
