Pros We use most importantly the price information capture functionality of Sniffie, as our business model does not require the other functionalities Sniffie would be able to offer. For this purpose Sniffie works well - it is quick, and easy to use, and integration to our existing business processes was very simple. Cons For us some limitations in the comparison groups have caused some need to replan what data we want to capture. This is an understandable commercial construct, though. It also helps us to save time. The product is fairly easy to use once you have gotten used to it. Also, it was fairly easy to integrate within our existing processes. We also love the customer support from Sniffie, they are always eager to help us if we face some issues. Cons There is not anything missing from Sniffie, which we would definitely want to be in there. However, the analytics modules in Sniffie are somewhat hard to use at the beginning, so there is a learning curve in using those.
