Our only two issues are the approval of compliance and that additional users are quite expensive. This might be an issue for us as we grow. Pros Automations for our annual review emails are super helpful! We have a large clientele and it helps us ensure we're contacting everyone and no one gets missed. Cons It would be most helpful if content were approved with our Broker/Dealer. We thought it was pre-approved when we purchased the product. Not the worst, but it does take us some additional time. Reason for choosing Levitate Because it combined several services so we have less to manage. We get so much positive feedback from our clients! Pros Levitate integrates with our management system, which makes keeping our contact list up-to-date as easy as eating pie! With the correct contact information, we are able to let our clients know about important policy issues, office updates, or insurance coverages that we offer. It's simply the best marketing tool we've used. Pros We are able to send email campaigns to all 700+ of our clients, at the push of a few buttons and our clients believe we have sent them an individual email. It's amazing! We've also sent email campaigns to prospects and were able to turn several into clients. Levitate is well worth to cost to implement. They make marketing simple! Cons There is nothing we don't like. President Insurance Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Very Happy with Levitate" April 1, 2022 5.0 Overall, Levitate is a fairly priced easy to use product that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a way to greatly improve their open rates on email campaigns. It also makes it very easy to keep up with customer communications with regular alerts. Reports are also very user friendly with good details. Pros Easy to use email campaigns that hit customer's inbox and get read. Our open rate more than tripled the open rate of our previous marketing software. Great friendly customer support. Easy reports and task assignment. Cons If you have customers or prospects that have multiple employees or hire new people, it is a real pain entering employees for the customer. Each employee has to be added individually with all the right tags, and details like address, phone, email, website etc. etc. This is a painful process which leads to missed tags, extra tags, misspelled information and a mess to clean up. Also, it would be nice to be able to customize some templates for notes to gather consistent format and information captured when talking/meeting with clients and prospects. Tried to integrate Google Docs to solve this issue with no success. Being able to schedule all our social posts and client emails in one day for the next three months has freed up so much of my time. The bi-monthly meetings with updates on changes and new things added with my levitate person are very helpful. Pros Levitate has made my job much easier. The time it used to take to schedule our social media posts was excessive. Now, I don't even have to think about it. Levitate does all the work for me. The AI Lion, Leo, is the Best! He is so cute and helpful. Cons I wish there was an option to change some of the GIF's and media used when you are rewriting with the AI Lion that I call Leo. Reason for choosing Levitate We have Clio and Clio Grow in our office and Levitate is an added extension of that. All our client info from Clio is crossed over to Levitate, which means I don't have to add in clients twice. They are pulled from Clio, once again making the use of Levitate much more convenient. We can schedule birthday, holiday, and wedding anniversary greetings. Automations to remind customers to leave us reviews or touch base about new opportunities are so much smoother than manually tracking. March 31, 2022 5.0 Pros We use Levitate to keep in touch with our current clients but also to reach out to prospects. All of these emails look very personalized and have had great responses! The team at Levitate is always great to deal with and very responsive. Cons The thing I like least isn't really even a software issue, just something we had to put a lot of thought into when we got it set up. The tags are SO important and you need to have your system planned out when you get it started or else you are going to have to backtrack through a ton of contacts to get the information where you want it. We found out that the way they were being sent most of the emails were just going right to people's spam. March 31, 2022 5.0 Love Love Love them! They are so helpful. They do not make me feel like an idiot because I needed help getting started in their system. I have had so many customers tell me how much they appreciate me reaching out to them regularly thru emails with great and educational content. Pros I love that my emails look like I sent each one personally and that it's not a "blast" email. My customers have told me how special they feel that I thought enough to send them the emails. The content to choose from is amazing. I have been able to find many campaigns to fit my insurance office. They are super easy to edit if needed to "make them my own." Cons My least favorite is that as I get new customers into my office, I have to remember to add them into Levitate ... Or I can call Levitate and they will pull the reports from my computer for me and fix it. So ... I can't actually say I have a negative comment about Levitate because they help me even when I forgot to add them. Reason for choosing Levitate Levitate was better and quite reasonably priced! We have established a friendship as well as a work relationship. Pros Easy to learn and utilize. I enjoy setting up mass emails with custom letters and finding campaigns to put on Facebook. I can check in to see how many were sent. Levitate sends out a report after a campaign has been sent with the stats on how many sent, received and responded. As I mentioned, they stay with you throughout the year so that you make good use of the product and get your money's worth. Pros I like the customer contact. A representative was assigned to me, and they make regular meeting appointments to keep you on track with your email and social media campaigns. It would be so easy to fail to make use of the product without this support. I also love to browse the content library to get ideas. Cons The cost, but I do believe it is worth it IF you pay attention to the representatives, have your regular meetings, and send out the campaigns regularly. Pros The pre-generated email campaigns are very helpful with staying engaged with current and prospective clients. Cons Wish there was just a little bit more customizability with the font of the email campaigns to match user preferences and make the emails look more recognizable to clients who receive email communications from that personal regularly. Pros it is amazing how the simpliest forward-facing email can make an impact. I love that my emails don't look generic or canned or gimicky. The pre-set campaigns are a great jumping-off spot for me, the fact that I can edit existing campaigns is super easy, and let's me add my personal touch. I know it may sound silly, but I love (and my customers even more) the birthday emails - I have tried other programs and don't remember ever getting a response in return until Levitate. Pros Contact awareness and surveying , Because of security and insurance regulator issues we need preapproval on almost everything we do and interfacing has proven to be an impediment to being as timely as I would like. Cons Very little support by way of a reference manual which could help, in my opinion, both for my personal and staff assistavce.
