Easy to create, schedule and manage. Templates for holidays and special events make it easy to deliver messages on those important dates. Cons We had no issues. The platform is excellent but the service and support is twice as good. Cons Limited features and options for employee benefits. Reason for choosing Levitate In the end, customer service. The hand holding. The ease of use. Knowing that someone would jump onto a meeting without a hassle and they would be happy to walk us through a solution. Levitate would say "hey let's meet up in 2 months and send out another message so let's schedule that now." Highly level of customer engagement and follow through. Outstanding. Switched from [Zywave Agency Management](https://www.capterra.com/p/209983/Agency-Management-AMS-Sales-Cloud/) Zywave is a mess. Their customer service after on-boarding is no existent. Levitate is the anti-Zywave. Once you purchase into the Zywave platform, they expect you to handle, use, change, rebuild and adjust your system on your own. It makes the process of having this softward nice because we know we alwasy have a rep to help us when needed. he templates are great - i've never had a problem picking one that didnt fit. and its nice have the unscribe button when people do not want it anymore. We have had alot of sucess with leviate so thank you! Pros I like how user friendly it is with templates and what not! Pros Having the ability to email all of our clients at once or even different segments of clients has been the best thing for us. Their system easily integrated with ours so it was simple. Our Levitate team helps recommend content and we approve it and its gone, that simple. It comes from our email so when our clients respond it comes straight to our email inbox. The Levitate team can also help draft specific content. Cons nothing, its been simple and easy, for a small shop even. Pros Easy to use, able to reach a large client base at one time, helps keep communication fresh, lots of positive feedback from clients Cons Data loading into Levitate from our client management system sometimes isn't correct - I've been hesitant to use automation because of this. March 31, 2022 5.0 It's a great product that continues to improve and their team is willing to work with you to customize your experience, take feedback, etc. Pros There are three things I like most about Levitate: 1) Not a traditional email blast. The emails actually get sent from your own account so open and response rates are much better. 2) Automations available. Expand your horizons and save time with a number of possible automations. 3) Content creation. They produce a lot of good content so I don't have to. It's easy to modify their templates to customize for your needs as well. Cons Honestly, I can't think of a con at the moment.
