I’ve had a great experience with Levitate. I love working with \[sensitive content hidden\] and feel like he’s always there when I have questions. Overall, Levitate really makes my job easier.

Pros

Levitate.ai helps me keep everything in one place. I like being able to use the texting automations, schedule social media posts, and look back at the calendar to see what’s already gone out. It makes planning and staying organized much easier.

Cons

I really wish Levitate.ai had a photo gallery for texting, with an easy way to save and reuse images. I’d also love the ability to post more photos on social media, since visuals are such a big part of engaging content. When I email images, they often resize once sent, and images in text messages can get really distorted, which makes it harder to share visuals the way I intend.

### "Levitate rocks! "

We've had a wonderful experience with Levitate, our rep, Louis, has been the same basically the entire time that we've been subscribed, and I'm excited to continue to work with them and watch the progression as new features roll out.

Pros

I like that Levitate is as hands on as you want it to be. We have quarterly meetings with our rep to schedule out emails and social posts based on our agency's goals or focuses, or simply what they recommend. We make sure the automations are up to date, we review open rates, and overall I think it's been great for those small touches with our clients to make sure they feel supported. This has been exceptionally valuable for our agency and our clients.

Cons

Sometimes we schedule out renewal emails too far in advance, and if someone makes a change or leaves our agency, that email still goes out unless we manually stop it. This has caused confusion a handful of times. Nothing worth making a fuss about, but probably one of the main "issues" we've ever run into.

### "Easy to learn, rapidly adding features, fantastic customer service"

The more I incorporate all the features that are available, the more I come to appreciate it's overall value. My intent was to use it mostly for existing client communications, as I was not planning on growing my business anymore, but the great experience so far is making me consider adding a new service line to my business because I can glimpse how effective marketing it could be using Levitate.

Pros

Ease of use. I've previously used an email campaign software that looked more like it was made for developers and programmers rather than having a UI that was consumer friendly. Syncing into my CRM and contacts was a breeze. Learning curve is virtually none, it's all very well designed and easy to pick up.

Cons

I think it's quite pricy compared to some of the alternatives, but the pace of progress on new features and customer service detail is very, very good.

Wonderful! I am so glad I was referred to them years ago. It is something I don't have to think about and there is money put back in my pocket from the emails.

Pros

We love everything about Levitate. The mass emails we are able to pick from, and adjust for our agency, makes it easy and stress free. The insured's constantly give us positive feedback to what was sent. Also, our rep. is amazing and so easy to work with. He knows what we like so the conversations are quick and painless.

Cons

The price goes up every year, just like everything in the market. Maybe there could be a discount given for longevity.

We have used Levitate for 3 years and have a great experience with using their systems. It has saved us an enormous amount of time and headache and the reach to clients has been fantastic.

Pros

As a business owner, Levitate frees up my time and makes sure to consistently be engaging clients on my behalf. For me the best part of it is having a dedicated person who meets with me 4 times a year or more if I need to go over items to send out to clients and if I need to create something they will help to make sure it is done correctly. This takes so much time and energy off my plate.

Cons

I wish they had a similar pipeline manager system to agency zoom, then we could reduce our needs for multiple products.

Our experience has been amazing, especially the people that we have interacted with, including initial sales, on boarding, and coaching. This has exceeded my expectations.

Pros

This product has helped us to centralize our communication and evaluate better how people are consuming our messaging.

Cons

Sometimes some of the interfaces are a little bit clunky and or missing some of the features that other platforms have, but the team has been super receptive to feedback and will hopefully integrate some of our suggestions.

It has been a positive experience. It is able to handle all the tasks that I expected it to. Love my rep and her reliability.

Pros

The ever changing features based on customer requests. My rep is always friendly and willing to submit by questions to someone that can answer them if she can't.

Cons

Ai agent isn't the best. It seems to say the same thing when I use it for the Google Review prompt responses.

### "Can't go wrong with Levitate"

It's been great. \[sensitive content hidden\] is wonderful and we love her - she has helped us make campaigns and stay on top of using the platform.

Pros

Levitate is easy to use, comprehensive, and is such good bang for the buck. We do not have to think much when setting up a campaign for email or social media - the platform does it all and the quality of the templates are really really good. We have used other marketing agencies and firms in the past and Levitate blows them all away.

Cons

Nothing. Seriously. The experience has been great so far for the six or seven months we've been using the platform and are even moving on to the website management as well.

It is easy to use and understand. Their marketing templates are amazing! Levitate also has a great marketing team that is very knowledgeable.

Cons

I don't have any current or past issues with Levitate. Things have been great so far. I am confident if we do encounter an issue, then Levitate will help to solve it.

Pros

Levitate is very user friendly and has many perks. Perks like linking to google so we can better manage our google business accounts. Also using AI to help make better flow for our emails.

Cons

It can be overwhelming. There are many added benefits that we pay for but do not use simply because it is too much for one person to do alone.

Overall experience has been good. We have had a sort of revolving door with reps but I do not think that is all that uncommon in these sort of potions in a company like this.

Pros

Make creating and managing campaigns easier and more streamlined. The templates and curated content help alleviate any learning curve that might be normal for starting this sort of program.

Cons

Cost; it is the same for almost any speculative spend. You hope you get value for your money and in this case we believe we are.

We have seen amazing open rates, and the Google review option has shot our amount of reviews way up. Our clients like the very friendly messaging and it doesn’t come off as too business like.

Pros

The system is very easy to learn and execute. You have a wealth of letters that you can use with your clients. Whenever a letter may not feel exactly right the AI function allows it to rewrite in incredible fashion. We have five license which come in at a great value.

Cons

It really is an easy system. I put it more on myself that I need to spend more time digging into it because there’s so many great features that sometimes I get bogged down.

Been a Levitate user for a couple of years now and my team loves the program. We can't imagine working as insurance agents without it. It truly has been a game changer. Levitate also built me a custom website that is AMAZING. Thank you to the entire Levitate team!

Pros

Ease of use, so many different features, fantastic value for money spent, the AI content creation tools, super helpful customer support that responds even on weekends, account security, variety of email templates, data analytics, and how it helps me improve my marketing and create more sales.

Cons

In all honesty, I don't really have any complaints about using Levitate. The price has gone up over the years but they explain when and why these increases happen and have been understanding and helpful when payment issues arise.

We used Constant Content before, and trying to get in touch with a person was next to impossible. When we did get in contact, we were meant to feel like a burden. I feel like our email open rate has improved since using Levitate.

Pros

I love the customer service! They are so helpful, timely and professional. Shoutout sensitive content hidden\] for making our experience wonderful. I enjoy the template options for the different platforms.

Cons

Sometimes the custom content is not usable, but it will continue to get better I'm sure. Editing the graphic is still figuring out a learning curve on both my end and the AI end. Also, I am still learning the send rate time, keeping that in mind when sending/creating an email. It has helped open rates though.

### "Meh...it's growing on me"

Overall, Levitate helps us achieve our goal of getting our clients to open our emails. The sales pitch to us was great. The ease of use hasn't been wonderful. The onboarding and check-ins are beneficial but I find myself not wanting to use Levitate because it takes me longer to create automations than I feel like it should.

Pros

Our email open and click rates looks fantastic compared to service providers. It is doing the job...

Cons

Analytics has not met my expectations. I only see high-level, basic data found only in the reports dashboard. Exporting a report is disappointing. There's no data in it. I'd like to run a report on my newsletter emails as a whole campaign or a single email report with data, not contacts. I need metrics like average open rate, bounce rates, unsubscribe rates, average click rate, email list health, etc.

We enjoy Levitate when we send out bulk messages to clients and get a large number of responses. For some reason, they actually READ our emails!

Pros

That the emails look like they are coming from us personally, and not a bulk service. It was easy to learn how to use and a great way to market ourselves. Our clients enjoy our holiday and birthday check ins, and I love the affordability of Levitate.

Cons

I don't like that I can't see lists by last name, but rather, first names. Sorting our database isn't the easiest, but we have learned to work around it.

Great! Service checks all boxes we need for on-line marketing at this time. Meeting quarterly with our rep insures all needs are being met.

Pros

We've worked with other providers that aren't responsive. The Levitate team is easy to contact, and very helpful.

Cons

I have clients that request to be removed at times, and there is no follow-up notice to let them know they've been removed.

Levitate offers great training support. There are many features that have helped our small org do larger things with less manpower

Pros

Levitate makes it very easy for us to cross-post across 3 social media platforms. The tagging feature helps us communicate with groups of people and track the success of those email communications.

Cons

One drawback currently is the inability to post videos/reels across social media platforms. These get more attention and views as opposed to a regular post. We post more of these lately and with Levitate not offering this feature it does make us consider is the platform worth the cost if it can't do our major weekly functions.

Pros

I love that there is a lot of premade content that is relevant to the insurance industry as well as compliant. The interface is easy to use and allows me to add value to the relationships with my clients

Trying to get used to the new interface. It certainly is not inexpensive either to have my web page and social content

### "Good Product and Support. Not Payment Friendly"

Overall, I have enjoyed using this to keep in touch with clients and the support I've received is A+

Pros

I like the suggestions provided in the site to use as emails and social media, also my support rep \[sensitive content hidden\] has been great to work with.

Cons

I do not like that I have to pay a full year up front. I'm ok with a 12 month contract with monthly payments, but the most they offer is breaking it into 2 payments. Also, I wish it had more templates and suggestions geared towards supplelmental insurance plans. Most is for home and auto or health insurance. I'd like to see more template suggestions for accident plans, critical illness, cancer, disabilities, etc.

Pros

Levitate has been a great platform, the content creation, all of the great templates, the different marketing platforms are really impressive and I’ve still yet to fully utilize everything! \[sensitive content hidden\] is awesome and always makes himself available when I need him, and you truly can’t beat the cost, you definitely get your moneys worth with all of these tools at your fingertips. Definitely recommend!

Cons

Haven’t found anything at this point. Maybe not having their support open after hours or weekends, but that’s not a huge deal to me.

I am pretty satisfied with our time with Levitate. It has become easy to use and such a simple way to keep in touch with all of our clients. It keeps our social media active with a few minutes of scheduling posts, and I love being able to schedule everything one day of the week and not worry about it the rest. It has made keeping a personal touch with clients the easiest part of my job.

Pros

I love the ability to automatically communicate with all my customers. It gives a quick ability to check in and make that person connection with just a simple email.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve. I was a little hesitant and didn't use many features at first (and didn't really know how), but with Levitate Zoom calls they answered any questions I had and showed us all how to use these amazing features.
