Pros

Levitate has helped me grow my business in the way i am comfortable. Not using hard sales techniques, follow up is very good.

Cons

The Levitate platform is a little busy. If you are not in it every day it is a little hard to navigate

I hate marketing because it’s difficult in my industry to measure ROI. My focus with levitate is primarily client communication and it has been amazing for that. My clients love it.

Pros

Customer support and communication through the scheduled meetings. I feel like my rep has become a friend. The platform itself is set and forget and as a business owner it makes things much easier.

Cons

Graphics for social media could be less generic. I would also like more options for snail mail marketing

Pros

Team is creative, works with us. We are able to schedule marketing and fundraising during the year at key times.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of. The software is a bit daunting at first, but not too difficult. I found that using Ai doesn't always fit the tone of the desired messaging.

I have had an overall amazing experience with everyone I have worked with thus far. Still in process of setting up everything and looking forward to the future!

Pros

There are a lot of features we are able to utilize to help grow our business. Also, the vast amount of marketing and other resources we will be able to use for contacting our customers.

Cons

The data integration from AMS360. There are a few fields that we use for certain reasons to make our day to day easier but causes an issue on Levitate. So, we have to reupdate our whole process and all the current customers.

How easy the platform is to use. It makes it so simple to get the work out to our clients and saves time.

Cons

Sometimes the website slows down or I am unable to make an update to a contact. However the levitate team is so great with getting any issues resolved in a timely manner.

Getting bugged a little bit with other Levitate departments trying to sell me website upgrades. They are ignoring that I've already said "no" multiple times and different people are calling. Didn't anticipate this.

Pros

Automation of my emails and texts have made it easy to keep in touch with my customers. Staff has benn very helpful.

Cons

Could be a little cheaper. I wish when we make changes to a policy a automatic text could go out. Same with emails.

The rep that works with me is very helpful. Whether you are an expert marketing or know nothing, Levitate can help you with touch points. It is easy to learn to use and they are very helpful as well.

Cons

I cannot think of anything that I do not like. They have always been helpful and available when I needed them.

I use Levitate to contact my customers for their annual appointments (including links to my calendar)to have regular contact with if then abilities and to plan/execute my social media accounts.

Pros

The high level of support is what differentiates Levitate from its competitors and the reason I use it regularly.

Cons

The cost is high, I realize I’m paying for the time of staff members to work with me to implement the plan. If it wasn’t for \[sensitive content hidden\] I wouldn’t utilize the program.

Pros

Our rep at Levitate has been great with content creation and reviewing with us on a quarterly basis to make sure we are reaching our desired marketing focus.

Cons

The cost can be a little more than competitors. But their hands on approach helps with the value for the cost.

Pros

.The employees are great to work with. From the beginning of setting up levitate to having it up and running, it felt like the process was effortless.

It is hard to have any cons, when the customer service is great, and all the employees are very responsive.

They check in more often than most other software providers. Really want to make sure you know how to and are using the product effectively. I'm sure there's even more it can do that we haven't yet touched.

Pros

Lots of features. Makes like easier as a development professional. Viewing if clients have opened emails or not is probably my favorite feature.

Cons

Been having some issues with the HTML newsletters. Working with Levitate to resolve the issues. Hopefully soon.

Maybe I need to play with the system longer but overall my experience has been mediocre at best, especially because we can't use some of the services. The cost to benefit does not seem to be there.

Pros

Ready to use content for social media posts and emails. Communication with Levitate and the helpfulness of the team

Cons

In outlook you have to log in to Levitate every time to see all of the information on the side. Blanket cost even though we can't use some of the services. Data flow has not been helpful for what we were excited about when we first got the system.

I really enjoy Levitate! It makes it easy for our company to batch send out a bunch of emails to clients and to schedule social media content. I just wish I knew how to use provided features in a better way, like manually adjusting a group of contacts with different tags.

Pros

The increase in valuable social media content provided and being able to create email automations to easily send a batch of content to our clients.

Cons

Limit in types of surveys, manually entering in new contacts or adjusting tags manually, and having to download and edit social media content to include our logo and disclosures.

### "Everything in one place"

Fantastic. I tell everyone about Levitate.

Pros

I love all of the different features, their ease of use, and that we get constant support keeping everything up to date with a dedicated support specialist. We are trying to use just about everything including social media, email campaigns, event management, client feedback, texting, and website management.

Cons

The only things we aren’t using is the appointment management. We wish it was more like calendly, so we haven’t been able to use that. I’d love if the survey were more customizable. Also, we just started using Zocks, but I think that’s totally something Levitate could incorporate. We just love the all in one place feel that Levitate is helping with.

### "Worth Every Penny"

A+++, 10 out of 10 all the way, favorite marketing platform ever.

Pros

It replaced several sub par software solutions and has made my life much, much easier as a marketer in so many ways. Hands down the best marketing software I have ever used, specifically for the financial industry.

Cons

Have had a few glitches here and there (as to be expected with any software) but the support team is phenomenal and always finds a fix. They are always available and I have yet to find an issue they were not able to solve in a timely manner.

Implementation of automated features may take some time to setup but once everything is in place its a very seamless experience. From social media scheduling, email marketing to internal and client communications its a products that covers a large amount of needs for most marketers.

The team at Levitate is very responsive and helpful in the learning experience, as well as taking suggestions to improve their product and provide a better experience for the end-user..

Pros

It’s very easy and user-friendly. Allows you to market to prospects while keeping track of your existing clients as a client relationship management system. They provide great content for social media marketing as well as email marketing. The system allows me to track prospects through the sales process to completion.

Cons

Some of the search tools are not as robust as I would like.

phon telephone app isnt always fully functional, sometimes text messages dont load

Pros

I like the content and being able to keep in touch with clients. Having the option for clients to view availability also helps us save time and is more efficient.

Cons

I don't like when someone schedules a meeting through the calendar link, it doesn't give them a option to automatically add it to their calendar or the link to reschedule if something comes up.

The onboarding process and information was given over several calls/zoom meetings. It made learning and navigating stress free.

Pros

I can't say enough good things about Levitate. For years I've been looking for some relief in managing our social media and email platforms. We are very small, and the time it has save to put out a quality email, letter or social media post has helped tremendously. Totally recommend Levitate. Scheduling out all the posts for a couple moths, especially during the holidays was a game changer.

Cons

No issues. Every thing went smooth. Their ideas helped create some great social media posts. I hope the price stays consistent and we can afford to keep going with Levitate.
