Overall, Levitate has been a key program that our entire staff uses for marketing and general updates to our members.

Pros

We can easily access our entire client base and provide email or text update about everything from new products, programs to facility hours.

Cons

While I love most of Levitate’s features, I have experience various bugs when it comes to sending mass texts. Overall I think this needs to be refined a bit before our organization can fully implement it.

Excellent. I have had great results from using levitate!

Pros

Great email and social media content. Outstanding delivery system for both email and social media posts.

Cons

Email list management is sometimes challenging. The tagging system is good but I often have trouble emailing to the correct audience. This is often a function of how large my lists are and complicated.

Been a great partner for my agency, making my touch points count and feel more authentic than other systems I have used.

Pros

It has helped me stay in touch with all my clients in a way that does not feel like a robot. I love the quarterly meetings to plan and schedule all my content.

Cons

The phone app is not the best; it seems more like a web shortcut than an app to me.

Cons

phon telephone app isnt always fully functional, sometimes text messages dont load

Overall I am happy with Levitate and the services that we currently have. I appreciate the campaigns that are created on our behalf.

Pros

I enjoy the automation of emails being sent to our clients throughout the year. (Ex: Happy Birthdays, reminders, etc.)

Cons

The only Con is the pushiness of the account reps for meetings even after explaining that I'd schedule when ready. Upselling additional products that we don't need.

Pros

You don't have to be a pro at social media, advertising or CRM. They assist you every step of way. They are quick to respond. The Website development team went over the top with creating our website and it is performing well in our market. You get the feeling that Levitate is a well ran organization with the expertise, quick friendly responses and results.

Cons

Cost, but pricing is very, very competitive. Waiting for more AI integration to be implemented. Simulated handwritten cards can be pricey.

Levitate is Magic! My success specialist, Nate is incredible. He is so friendly, intuitive and on point. I love how automated it is without sounding canned. It makes our agency appear more friendly and like I said, has really improved morale. It helps us to connect more with our clients. We are very happy with this product!

Levitate has really improved the morale at our agency with our clients and employees alike. The Data analytics are so clear and help us see what is going well.

Cons

I don't have a bad word to say about it. Maybe my boss would say its a little expensive.

Pros

The simplicity of using it and contacting support. Just the automation in general helps our agency so much by saving us time!

I can't name anything specific! I feel like it is tailored to so many different things you can either use all of its perks or just some of it.

Pros

It is easy to understand and the support you get is amazing. The content creation has already brought in more attention to the animal shelter.

Cons

We wish it worked with more than just Stripe. Having options would help to get more to go directly to Levitate.

Great for our nonprofit communication and our needs!

Pros

It's a great tool to send personalized emails to large groups of people. So many other email formats look like form emails but levitate makes it possible for us to send messages that feel very personal in a quick and timely way. The staff at Levitate are also super helpful and give a lot of hands on support for troubleshooting which you do not get with larger software companies.

Cons

There are a lot of integrations that would be useful to have as a part of the software but the levitate team is very open to receiving that feedback and adding potential integrations to the pipeline for development.

Customer support is great and interactive. I can always get a response to a question and they always go the extra mile (i.e. zoom call walkthroughs).

Pros

I like the customization and reliability of the software. I like the time it saves us when we are trying to provide mass information to our clients.

Cons

It is picky when it comes to CLIO, and will only attach to contact "custom fields", rather than matters.

I love how user friendly the system is and any problem I have, the Levitate team is always on it!

Pros

I love the automations and how I can send emails to all of our clients with it feeling personalized. The scheduling feature syncs with our Redtail calendar and it makes scheduling a breeze.

Cons

I just wish our broker dealer allowed Levitate texting to be compliant.

Well worth the money. Top notch customer experience too. We are reminded when we don’t have campaigns scheduled and our rep Blake has been nothing but great.

Pros

How seamlessly it helps you keep in touch with your clients and track their information. It allows you to streamline sending out campaigns, saving valuable time and letting you focus on other priorities, all while ensuring your CRM stays top-notch.

Cons

the lack of a dedicated section for creating reminders for your team. Instead of having to individually input reminders onto each client profile, you’d prefer a centralized space for team-wide task management. Otherwise, there’s really not much to dislike!

I like it its cool, but with most people wanting texts I gravitate towards free platforms. With our specific company, we have seniors that don't even use the internet at all!

Pros

I like the templates and how AI is incorporated to make it easier. Then sending is easy once you have everyone's info entered and grouped. I like the grouping feature.

Cons

The texting feature is not included. Most people text and usually don't look at their emails so for this reason the texting feature should be free.

I love Levitate! It is very user friendly and the customer success specialist is so helpful! I like how it does the work for you.

Pros

The content calendar is my favorite feature of Levitate. I love how you can upload posts to multiple social media platforms at the same time, and how you can schedule the posts up to 3 month

Cons

We use CasePeer as our Case Management Software and Levitate does not integrate with CasePeer, so the new client contacts added to CasePeer do not automatically upload to Levitate for the automations.

Fantastic!!! From day one, they have been kind and responsive and very helpful. I love the new content that push out and the webinars showcasing new features. We love Levitate!

Pros

Ease of function, compliance minded, support team is amazing, innovative and coming out with new features often, LOVE the campaign and social media features.

Cons

Some difficulties correcting remaining tags from previous Redtail integration and would love capability to set anniversary, birthday, and client anniversary reminders separately.

appreciate the planning calls to schedule content out for a few months. letting people know about closing during holidays and products to think about.

Very happy with the email templates, many insured think the email is direct from me. some even email me back, thanks for the recipe at holidays

Birthday not lining up in the system and sent to people we just had in contacts or don't insure any more

Levitate has every capability one could hope for in a marketing platform. We get access to tons of social media, blog, email, and all around informational content that we can disseminate to our clients. There's even an option for the content to run through compliance first which is super helpful. Our \[sensitive content hidden\] is amazing, and always helps us when we have questions. Plus, he's learned what our brand stands for, and what type of content we want to provide, and even sets our marketing calendar for us. As a small firm, we just don't have the time or bandwidth for marketing, so this relationship has been absolutely invaluable and we're excited to continue partnering with Levitate for years to come.

The content, the excellent hands-on service, our dedicated brand manager, the ease of marketing to clients

I have no cons with Levitate. It was a big step but we quickly found out what we were missing and it takes a huge load off of our plate working with Levitate.

great experience once we got a hold of the product.

Pros

Levitate has become an integral part of our office processes, impacting client experience and reducing E&O. We can quickly notify our clients of important information and recurring messages that have increase stickiness and retention

Cons

we had difficulty solving kinks with the integration with AMS, and the learning curve for the automation was a bit difficult. additionally, we are unable to cleanly differentiate between commercial and personal accounts if they share the same email.

On a scale of 1-10 I'd say 10, their process are easy.

Pros

I have been partnering with Levitate for 3yrs years. What they offer is high qualify connections with my agency client base. They keep my agency engaged by 8 -12 week meetings. I believe this lets our clients know we are more than just a premium collection. I recommend their program.

Cons

I do not have any cons to share, they are professional, creative and engaging.

Pros

Whenever I have needed help, anyone I spoke with or emailed has been very helpful.

Cons

HTML formatting can be weird with outlook, so just not the best experience in that regard.
