I am looking forward to seeing all the potential Levitate has to offer and working with them to further our business objectives. They create content and I love the ease of use. Cons I want to be able to search for something in a client profile when I dont know the name. Contract numbers, birthdays, etc. You can only email like 3mb? Or gb (idk which the proper one is) it's just not enough. So I have to send emails from my regular email to send attachments over that. It is very user friendly. Pros I like the smooth interface and I like that we have \[sensitive content hidden\] to help answer any questions we have about features. Cons I don't love how long it takes to send text messages out. We tried to send a text to clients before the storm and some of them received the message days after the storm and they were mad about it. I used to use a service back in my student housing career called "That Key" and they could send messages to 1000+ people within an hour or two. We use it for social media as well as email contact, but the best for us is automated birthday greetings. Talk about making each client feel special and valued! Of course it takes us a couple of minutes (literally) each week to queue up the messages to go out. Pros Levitate is easy to set up and automate contact with our clients. Trying to do it each day ourselves is almost a full time job. Levitate makes each message feel personal and unique. Our platform is WB and I entered several contacts into Levitate first and they did not transfer to WB. My office works with Blake Cholerton who is AWESOME, knows his stuff and always responds in a timely manner. Pros I enjoyed the numerous social media posts and email content that Levitate offers. It makes it much easier for me to have a marketing plan than to create one from scratch. I enjoyed the professionals at Levitate to check in with me on a regular basis. I also like the built in AI feature that Levitate offers. Cons I would like to see a better social media integration including podcasts/video, such as YouTube, Spotify, X and Twitter. I also like having my master contact list created for me based off of my emails. Cons I don't regularly tag my clients and then it takes a long time to do so in bulk. It would be great if there was a simple alert every time a client was added (or at the beginning of every day with clients from the previous day) with a way to tag them.
