First, the integration with Salesforce allowed us to move data back and forth to fine tune our contact lists. We’ve sent several email blasts to our donors, and I believe that because of the seamless branding that makes it appear that our emails are organic, we’ve been running an average 58% open rate. The AI generation is awesome. We’ve used it several times to generate content for social media as well as email. I have to admit, the platform is top shelf. Our \[sensitive content hidden\] is knocking it out of the park. He’s always right there when we need him. Hats off to a job well done! Pros Email system and AI generation.
