We have built chatbots for several sites, and they perform quite well. It solves the problem of dealing with frequent customer inquiries by using chatbots to automate responses. This simplifies and saves time in interacting with clients. Furthermore, the personalised and dynamic interactions provided by WotNot's flowbuilder enhance the user experience to the next level. Pros WotNot's user-friendly UI allows us to simply design and deploy AI-powered chatbots. Its visual bot builder simplifies the entire process, even for those who don't know how to code. The platform's ability to interact with several communication channels ensures that customers are consistently engaged across platforms. Cons WotNot has not much to dislike about it. For me and my team, it is worth making use of its potential every day without serious inconveniences. Pros I really liked how easy their chatbot builder is to use, I was able to create my own chatbot in a matter of seconds with no programming experience required. Cons One of the aspects that I liked the least was the limitation in the customization of the chatbots. Although the tool comes with several predefined chatbot layouts and configurations, I felt that there was not enough scope to customize the chatbot to my liking. This helps us to know more about the candidate and we can easily make the decision if he is a good fit for the open job position that we have. Pros It is very easy to use as no coding is required in order to build the bots, changing the flow of the bot is very easy with the drag and drop feature. It provides good dashboard analytics to keep track of how the bot is performing. Cons Feature to send outbound SMS/ Whatsapp messages to send a reminder to candidates would be a great addition to our use case.
