Pros WotNot's user-friendly UI allows us to simply design and deploy AI-powered chatbots. Its visual bot builder simplifies the entire process, even for those who don't know how to code. Pros I really liked how easy their chatbot builder is to use, I was able to create my own chatbot in a matter of seconds with no programming experience required. Cons One of the aspects that I liked the least was the limitation in the customization of the chatbots. Although the tool comes with several predefined chatbot layouts and configurations, I felt that there was not enough scope to customize the chatbot to my liking.
