SiteVibes Customer service is fantastic and the product is very customizable to meet any of our campaign needs.

Pros

SiteVibes has been a great company to work with they have been supporting our efforts at a very high level.

Cons

I would like to have more flexability with using images in the SiteVibes window.

So far the tool has been easy to use and allows us to add social proof to our website.

Pros

We really liked the Social Steam and the ability to pull in UGC from a variety of channels (for us mostly Instagram). I also liked the Nudges so we can message clients on our site. Lastly, the price was right for a small business like ours.

Cons

We had some challenges when we pushed from our staging site to live but the SiteVibes team was great in helping us quickly resolve them.
