December 2, 2021 5.0 Again it's great to be able to get responses from clients. They're not always willing to take a phone call from a random number in the middle of the day, we're much more likely to get a response via text then even leaving a voicemail. Pros The product is super easy to use and serves as a great way to send reminders to clients so that they don't have any particular employees phone number and it shows up as a random number so clients can maintain discretion. Cons There is a bit of a lack of overlap if several users are using the same version of the software. I can't always tell if a co-worker has already left a message for an appointment or not. We have developed a new feature for this a few days ago: When a reminder is created, it will automatically check if a reminder already exists for this event to this phone number. => So this should avoid that reminders are accidentally created multiple times. Prior to using Remind1 I was receiving several phone calls from customers to check what day their appointments were or had forgottone and were no-shows. This has been a simple and affordable solution. Even if it can't be used for every customer and appointment we are able to use it for about 90%. Pros Once the reminder is set up & any messages edited for your business, its just a click to have it streamlessly interact. I will admit there was a bit of a learning curve based on the ay we put appointments on our calendar but the customer service team was right there to help me. Love the ease of use & the A++ customer service. Cons We have a large customer base of ederly people and not all of them have or use cell phones, believe it or not. It would be great to have the option for email or a recorded message (for Voicemail on landlines) that speaks what we have for the SMS reminder. Reason for choosing Remind1 Price for the features offered was better than anyone else. Also, reminders could be as specific as you wanted or needed. She is now using it as well. Pros How easy it is to use & convenient. I can use it on my phone, iPad, or laptop. Love all the features it has to offer. Cons I like everything about it. It’s easy, not complicated. You can personalize as much as you want to. Or make it as generic as you need. There is a "Pay once a year" button that can be unchecked for this (where you also selected the amount of reminders). My recommendation to you: To make full use of your existing annual subscription, switch to a monthly subscription 1-2 days before the next annual payment is due.
