**Overall:** Overall, we've had a pretty good experience with CloudBacko. They stand behind their product.

**Pros:** It works. It does what they said it would do.

**Cons:** There is no support in USA where we are located. Thus, any support is after hours only. In addition, phone support in the past has been very difficult. However, email support is pretty quick in response.
