Pros

The easy of use here on mobile devices and easy to teach the field staff makes this a grate asset

Cons

it was a litle hard to get altered to suit the our business as we are an NZ company with different regulations to Australia where this is tailored for

Cons

User interface isn't intuitive or simple to navigate. Minimal flexibility and adaptation to business requirements. Not a lot of continual development/improvement.
