Acho sensacional a forma de gerenciar as vagas e candidatos, conseguimos que colaboradores possam indicar pela plataforma, consigo ter banco de talentos personalizado, além de permitir que em cada etapa eu possa fazer anotações.

De maneira geral o software atende nossas necessidades, o suporte técnico é excelente, são super rápidos nas respostas. O atendimento é personalizado e o cliente fala com uma pessoa e não com um robô.

Pros

O Compleo é um software super fácil de usar, intuitivo e que oferece funcionalidades para captação e seleção de profissionais, bem como possibilita fazer uma análise dos indicadores das vagas trabalhadas por várias perspectivas.

Cons

O sistema de cadastramento de candidatos é por e-mail e não por CPF, o que pode ocasionar duplicidade de cadastro de candidatos se eles usarem e-mail´s diferentes. Outro ponto de atenção é ele não oferecer ferramentas de avaliação já prontas para serem encaminhadas aos candidatos.

Gosto da facilidade de mudar o status dos candidatos e a quantidade de recurso que o ats oferece.

Cons

Precisa ter uma forma de sinalizar o motivo de desistência do candidato (pensando em um dado para ser utilizado). Precisa ter programação de e-mail, pensando em enviar um e-mail em um outro dia. E ter testes prontos (como o DISC).

Pros

divulgar vagas, e conseguir implantar um sistema de vagas na empresa com agilidade e pouco custo

Cons

de realizar a triagem, não é assertivo. Precisa ser criado uma triagem que traga a experiência atual do candidato, para os requisitos que temos no descritivo das vagas.

Excelente, apenas sugiro que se facilite o modo de pesquisa de candidatos. A falta de um acento, um S no lugar do Z, por exemplo, dificulta a localização e temos que investir mais tempo na procura.

Facilidade para os candidatos enviarem curriculuns

Cons

Dificuldade na pesquisa. Temos que colocar exatamente a grafia do nome e nem sempre isso nos é possível. Por exemplo: Luis ou Luiz; Mario ou Mário. Poderia ser um sistema mais fácil de identificação, como, por exemplo, no google.

Unico ponto é despois que finalizamso a vaga, processo mais chatinho de mudar algo ou reabrir a vaga, fora isso tudo certo.
