Pros Works fine with the photos, fairly OK to identify expenses, and also VAT etc. Hopefully it will be even better when we have used the system longer Cons No possibility to split a receipt in different accounts. That is a huge downside in the system, and will be the main reason for considering to continue or not Reason for choosing Findity There was a good sell-in of the system, timing was right, we was just looking for a system, and we took some funtions for granted. Pros It´s so easy to just pick up the phone and take a photo and then add the needed information and in a short while your expenses are visible both in Expense and it´s also integrated via an API to our own system Visma PX. To always have access to see the expenses in the systems is a large advantage. You no longer have to worry about losing receipts. Pros I can easily report my expenses with the right receipt and get them into my accounting software. The OCR is the best in the market, I've never needed to complement any numbers from a receipt scan. No more lost receipts, no more papers to fill in. Pros The ease of use for the users. It is very easy to add your expenses during a trip and a few clicks later your boss can review your expenses before it gets repaid on the next salary. Cons I don't think I have any real cons about the software.
