Il software è senza dubbio utile per vedere nell'immediato i dati, veloce, intuitivo e completo. come detto sopra sarebbero da rivedere le impaginazioni dei vari export, soprattutto per quelle aziende che ad oggi si appoggiano molto su Excel. Nel complesso trovo AWMS un ottimo supporto per la gestione giornaliera delle risorse

Impaginazione dell'estrazione dei dati da dover pulire per poter estrapolare informazioni più mirate.

L'esperienza è molto positiva. AWMS è un prodotto completo per la gestione della forza lavoro in tutte le sue sfumature (sicurezza, limitazioni, skill matrix, disponibilità macchina, programmazione attività, ecc..) Lo strumento permette, grazie alla sua flessibilità, di poter essere esteso al fine di gestire anche nuovi processi. La fase progettuale è ben seguita dai consulenti e permette di poter valutare nel dettaglio tutte le necessità.

Pros

Il team che ti supporta prima, durante e dopo il progetto per poter rendere il prodotto conforme e utilizzabile fin sa subito. La versatilità dello strumento e la sua semplicità di utilizzo. La chiarezza dei dati rilevanti alla gestione delle risorse umane.

Cons

Si possono vedere le persone non associate a macchine (task) ma non il viceversa. Ciò porta a una ricerca più complessa delle macchine non coperte se il reparto ha molti punti di lavoro.

La cosa più interessante è l'app Azzurra con cui puoi gestire le assenze senza che gli operatori ti chiamano al telefono e salgono in ufficio

Cons

migliorerei il fatto della personalizzazione della lavagna in modo da avere un visual più accattivante e più intuitivo, le assenze giornaliere in lavagna tipo "panchina", il riconoscimento di uomini e donne dal colore , lo spostamento della data più veloce

Pros

I punti di forza di AWMS sono principalmente tre: la capacità di ottimizzare la pianificazione del personale grazie all’integrazione dei dati provenienti da vari sistemi; la valorizzazione del singolo e lo sviluppo delle sue competenze; la tutela della salute dei lavoratori. Il tutto si traduce in un processo produttivo più efficiente, dove le informazioni utili sono a messe a disposizione dei team leader attraverso un’interfaccia grafica intuitiva che li abilita a prendere decisioni rapide e consapevoli.

Cons

Una volta settato il software è in grado di rispondere alla maggior parte delle esigenze e su quelle non ancora coperte c’è buona disponibilità da parte del team di supporto ad elaborare le necessarie personalizzazioni.

Grazie ad AWMS abbiamo potuto estendere un progetto pilota di polivalenza a tutti i plant Italia in modo strutturato e omogeneo.

Pros

L'integrazione con altri software e la facilità d'uso sono fattori molto apprezzati. La visione ad ampio spettro delle risorse, la gestione delle skill matrix e la condivisione e trasversalità delle informazioni, consentono di effettuare scelte in modo oggettivo, efficace e rapido. Gestione delle risorse e miglioramenti in molti aspetti di "health and safety policy".

Cons

La piattaforma di base soddisfa buona parte delle esigenze, ma è necessario e da mettere in conto una cospicua opera di customizzazione per avere la versione cucita ad hoc sulla propria realtà operativa. Nella fase iniziale occorre un forte e continuo commitment da parte del PM e del team.

Pros

Il prodotto è estremamente customizzato. Il team di sviluppo di AWMS è in grado di comprendere velocemente le esigenze aziendali e metterle in pratica in maniera molto operativa. L'utilizzo di AWMS ci ha consentito di snellire e migliorare alcuni processi aziendali.

Cons

AWMS è un applicativo "giovane" e alcune funzionalità non sono ancora completamente implementate. Tuttavia l'assistenza e gli sviluppatori si sono rivelati sempre pronti a trovare sempre soluzioni alternative per risolvere i problemi.
