Muy buen servicio de atención al cliente. Cons Falla en la emisión de remesas bancarias (C34), es farragosa y no te da la oportunidad de seleccionar los efectos a incluir por vencimientos. Para empresas funciona estupendo y debería de ir sobrado. Para asesorías con casos medianamente simples también bien. El problema está es que a partir de cierto volumen y complejidad, creo que se queda corto. Pros Buen precio y atención al cliente. Práctico y bien organizado. Frecuentemente actualizado. Admite asientos libres. Cons Pocas automatizaciones. Me resultó difícil afrontar casos complicados, por ejemplo; prorrata especial, muchos tipos de operaciones mezcladas, criterio de caja... Son programas muy intuitivos y fáciles de usar, la forma de contabilizar es muy automatizada, de manera que se ahorra mucho tiempo. Cons La falta de algunas opciones como presentación directa de los modelos, ya que hay que generar el archivo y acceder a la web de la Agencia Tributaria para cargarlo y presentarlo, o la manera de integrar los distintos programas.
