Overall experience with Avnio RFx is pretty good we have got all the functionality that are required just if they be more dedicated towards customer support then it could be best in the market place.

Pros

The best features from our team perspective regarding Avnio RFx is its ability to collaborate multiple other tools in the market place to make the platform more flexible and reliable along with that the heavy working task management and progress tracking facilities will always on top.

Cons

Customer support at times doesn't meet the same expectations as we are getting in terms of functionality provided by Avnio RFx also in terms of long terms cost it can feel heavy on the pockets.

Pros

AI and Machine Learning have promised so much, we've got autonomous cars that use AI but no=one has properly applied it to answering RFPs automatically and consistently. As a Subject Matter Expert and then PreSales Leader in the Enterprise Tech industry, I've spent much of my career either trying to avoid answering RFPs or offshoring and outsourcing the pain to dedicated specialist teams. Avnio truly does answer the bulk of questionnaire-type RFPs in seconds and has all kinds of tools so that you can access the AI inside Microsoft Word for bulky text-based proposals and chat -type interfaces so that you can talk to the RFP knowledge base through Teams and Slack

Cons

It's not so much that I dislike anything but it's more that in using Avnio you need to be open to changing the focus of where your RFP effort goes. To get the AI to automatically and rapidly answer RFPs with a high confidence factor you need to spend more time validating your knowledge source materials, like previous RFP responses, FAQs and internal technical documents so the that the Machione LEarning can learn and improve with use.
