Been using it for a year and still working the bugs out but then there’s an update and different problems.

Pros

In theory it should be great. But using it not so good.

Cons

It crashes a lot. Not user friendly. Can’t just use IPad you have to go to the desk top.

Management made us. So they could track it easier. Everything is going electronic. We did not use Dropbox we used paper and a hole punch. I could not move on without picking one.

What I liked most about InspectNTrack is its robust and customizable reporting features. Not to many cons, sometimes the website can be pretty slow due to the immense amount of data that is involved. It is understandable.

The reporting is outstanding! We would love to see inspectntrack work with service trade, but it seems they don't like to because service trade also offers barcode scanning.

Pros

I like the convenience of the system to be able to upload and download from anywhere in the field. The system works perfectly for our inspections and keeping track of where fire extinguishers or other fire systems are.

Cons

So far we have not found anything that we don't like about the system. It works in the way we need it to work.

Reason for choosing InspectNTrack

This system works better for our inspections and can keep track of the equipment with ease. Asurio takes more time to move equipment around and having to update it way to much.

InspectNTrack is a great product that would force many of our preventive maintenance work orders back to paper if we did not have it. It's fantastic as a recording and historical data tool for the operations at our site. We find better consistency in our PMs and more failures caught when using this software. Brady and now Wentworth have been great customer support since taking over management of the software.

Pros

There are a number of great things to list about InspectNTrack. It is a great tool for asset management and also mobile inspection. With the ability to use this on a variety of different mobile devices, it is a great tool to have out in the field for preventive maintenance. The asset management component makes it easy to pull histories and manage failures on equipment from previous inspections. The ability to scan barcodes direct from the app is a great feature as well. Customer service has also always been a plus between the two \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] of the software that I have worked with.

Cons

Some complaints from the users come from the ease of use, it's pretty intuitive but there are some areas that employees can get hung up on if not properly trained. Using this app on iOS, I think there are some upgrades that can be made to the app in terms of features. There are also some other upgrades that could be made to the desktop webpage and we would like it to connect data to SAP for our systems to be integrated. Wentworth has been great with working with our team so far on improvements that we would like to see.

Reason for choosing InspectNTrack

While I wasn't part of the team that initially bought InspectNTrack, we had a brief period of scouting for other companies after Brady stated they would no longer support the product with no plans for a sale. At the end of the day, none of these other companies had the powerful asset management, route building capabilities, question types, or reporting capability that InspectNTrack has. This software worked the best for us.

I think the new app is better, the old one would crash after doing a few inspections. We use the app for fire extinguishers, standpipe valves, and fire drills inspections.

Pros

I like the report design, red and green pie charts. We are able to quickly look at them to see what's done and still due.

Cons

I think it should be opened for all devices vs having to pay for a license for a few devices. It would be nice to also be able to add pictures to the equipment on the mobile device vs. taking the picture on a devices, emailing it to myself and uploading though the website. Also, as an administrator of the system, it would be nice to be able to edit on the mobile device on scene vs. having to go back and sign onto computer and long into the website. Finally, it would be nice to be able to long on multiple users on the website vs. having being able to use one license. We also have been using Haligan software for vehicle inspections and able to use personal mobile devices to do vehicle checks.

I think between my 2 comments above I have described my feelings on the product.

Pros

I like what I think it could do as far as keeping track of all our extinguishers, fire hose, and life safety equipment like harnesses, rope and accessories. I would like to be able to just look and see what our inventory is and when items are due for testing and replacement.

Cons

The problem I have is that the little bit I have used it, and I'll explain why it's a little bit, it is just not a very user-friendly system to be able to just enter something and keep going. It takes too long to input the information the way I need it and with everything else I have going on I really don't think I'm going to recommend that we renew our contract next year.

I have used the program for 10 plus years and most of that being the administrator and would do it again if I could. The program makes the operator and the records focal life a lot easier. It is a bit of work for the administrator if you have an ever changing site. But I would still use the program if I had an option to change.

Pros

The function and customization of setting up the program. It allowed us to do a lot more things than just the listed tasks.

Cons

The program has been a bit glitchy over the years causing us to contact customer support. With that being said they have always addressed are issues in a timely manner.

Overall experience has been very good it’s apart of our daily chores. I would rate 4 stars because there is always room to make improvements on most products.

Pros

It’s a great tool to use to produce reports. Helps to track the amount of work an employee completes on a shift. Helps to manage maintenance of equipment and assets. A fun way to complete work. Provides good tech support and training on the APP.

Cons

An employee can fill in information without actually patrolling and scanning an item or equipment. There are times when a barcode has to be scanned 2-3 times before it pulls up the right barcode information or it takes long on a single try to read a barcode. Some Barcodes that are exposed to the elements fade over a period of time and need to be replaced quicker than expected.

The ability to track all equipment using a bar code scanner and utilize the system to answer any questions needed to comply with NFPA

Cons

The reporting features could be improved upon. The formatting of the "buildings" and the overall setup does not allow for industries that do not utilize buildings to organize their equipment in a better and more organized format.

Easy to use, easy to train someone on. Pulling up monthly reports or individual assets is a plus.

Cons

When adding a new asset to a route. It goes to the end of route. Wanting it to go into the route where it is scanned when using a Apple IPad, not keeping it at the end.

Use with NFPA 25 and 72 inspections We wanted to be able to use these forms to complete these inspections and load to cloud but the format was not available.

My experience has been very good. The few times I've needed help and their tech people have been nice and most of the time the issue is resolved in the same day.

Pros

Since we don't use a lot of the features, it has been simple to figure out how to use and use

When scan a tag and get a message something like I0987 is not found when the tag scanned was A7695.

Overall the program is great. It eliminated tons of paperwork for me. It's great being able to switch between my phone or handheld scanner as needed or even verify inspections from the desktop.

Pros

Desktop interface could use some work. An updated UI would be nice. Overall it still does the job.

Though there has been a bit of a learning curve, we have been completely satisfied with this system and plan on continuing to utilize it for years to come!

Pros

Inspect-N-Track has changed the way we do business, completely. Our customers love the ease of which they can log in and pull their own data and we love the wonderful customer service we receive any time we have programming questions. Setting up each customer seemed like it was going to be an overwhelming task, but the team at Inspect-N-Track was with us through every step and made it a seamless transition.

Cons

Sometimes I do wish there were more available fields. We've had to use fields in a way they aren't necessarily intended, just so that we can view all of our essential data.

The customer support is fantastic! they use top of the line equipment and is really easy to use. the software is very easy and if you need any help the video's are great!

Cons

Nothing, this company has a great product and works great for us! it would be helpful to have a training, mod like a hierarchy of what's needed for a full inspection. step by step.
