February 8, 2023 5.0 Pros We use Priceshape on a daily basis in order to control the prices of our e-commerce store. We have several strategies in place, which allow us to steer the pricing automatically, with minimal time and setup from our side. Our customer success manager is always available on really short notice, helping out with whatever is needed and with infinite patience with my many questions. I can only recommend the product, and the team that takes great care of its customers. Cons The software is not cheap, especially for a store like with a wide but shallow stock. We have a few pieces of many articles, so the bill ticks up quite fast (one pays per article registered). But they all failed on multiple parameters such as price. They were double or more expensive than Priceshape. Also they had very old fashioned dashboard and backend work area. Also some of them didn't have the oportunity to update the product feed for finding matches every day. They could only update the feed upon request every 6 months. So newly added products in the webshop couldn't be matched automaticly. This is also one of the reasons i chose PriceShape, it just works, and have every need covered. Pros So easy and intuitive to use. Very easy to understand the backend and different options. So easy that you don't really need the onboarding sessions that are provided at PriceShape. Cons None. Maybe a search function to easy find a product in the left side bar for a quick overview of prices etc. for one single product. Reason for choosing PriceShape Price, functions, ease of use. And very happy with customer service. Pros The ability to monitor competitors prices on our products is key to our marketingsetup in Google Ads. We are using our money more wisely as we bid more aggresively on products where we are cheapest. Bottom line is that our setup has raised in quality after implementing PriceShape.
