I really like that I can see what the hold times are looking like and how many calls are in queue.

Sometimes I feel as thought the system is lagging a bit.

Pros

The ability to integrate with multiple platforms enabled us to drive down IT support costs and deliver superior customer satisfaction. Korbyt brings our company together and our clients allowing us to communicate quickly.

Cons

The only con was not getting this digital platform pre COVID as we really have been able to pivot much more smoothly with all the changes now.
