It is very easy to use, and has helped us with tracking projects. Pros Ease of use was certainly the best thing for me. Even if we did not use the full feature set, what we did use allowed us to communicate and track our projects much easier. Cons Nothing comes to mind. President Information Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Trello: Excellent planning tool for beginhers" January 16, 2025 4.0 I developed 3 projects with Trello, and found the experience to be good, but not necessarily. The reason I would recommend it is that most people are poor planners, and Trello provides a framework that can make planning easy, almost intuitive: step-by-step based on critical thinking and imagination. But for me, I started seeing and feeling stymied more so than supported. Pros I like the simplicity of using cards to develop larger concepts, whether they are stories or business projects (often the same thing). It almost requires that the user combine high-level (strategic) thinking with detailed (tactical) practicality, and this can be a gamechanger. Cons It feels overly-complicated and trying to reduce the complexity is bewildering and often fruitless. The impression I got was along the lines of "We know better than you do how you need to work," which might be a me-issue, but didn't leave me room to work deeply with Trello. Review Source MT Mary T. It was so easy to move posts in the kanban style interface from idea to creation and see exactly the stage you were at. These days, we use Trello to send a link to a client to show the progress in the recruitment process. Cons Nothing not to like really.
