Really a great tool for small teams looking to grasp their jobs and find a management system. Pros Was great at managing teams and allowed us to see all the jobs we had on hand. We could categorise and add notes to make it visible which was most urgent. Cons Trello had some limitations eg, not able to add graphs or visuale the data in maths terms. Still pleasant experience though. Reason for choosing Trello Was much cheaper and affordable. Trello basic is free and can be used in browser by anyone on any device. Have used it for many years. Pros Incredibly helpful tool that I used to run project management across many clients. The power-ups make Trello an incredibly powerful tool when you need it to be. Cons Nothing really, Trello does everything I need. Cons Based on the free plan, what I like least is that to share a board I have to make it public. We could assign ourselves to cards and move cards to the correct status ans they moved through production. Trello was really good at sending notifications when your card was moved and you knew you had to take action. Pros I loved the ability to customize and move cards around. I also liked that it gave notifications whenever an action was taken concerning a card you're assigned to. Cons I don't think I had any real problems with Trello. I work around tech teams but not within tech, so Trello was my first intro to kanban and I found it very beginner friendly. Cons One limitation of Trello was its lack of advanced features in the free version. It's a great management tool and offers all the needed features for small projects. Also, it offers a generous free tier. Pros I really love how simple the user interface is. Also, it has all the necessary features for basic project management and a generous free tier. Cons I would like it to have better notifications system. For example, many times I've faced issues with not receiving email notifications when someone tags me in a comment, etc. Overall, the notifications system needs improvement.
