I've used it mostly for managing content creation and approval as well as small SEO tasks and found it effective. Pros I do appreciate Trello's simplicity: it's easy to onboard new users and teach them the basics so you can hit the ground running. I've found it most helpful for managing the content creation and approval process. Cons The customer service is slow—at one stage we waited a week for a ticket to be addressed and the response wasn't helpful. Cons La desventaja que encontre hasta el momento es que no tiene tanta difusion entre los usuarios de +30 y eso hace que tenga que estar presentandole la herramienta a pares, guiandolos por un tiempo muy corto para fomentar la usabilidad. I believe it would be easy to use for everyone, from small businesses to large organizations. It allows teams to manage tasks quickly and is especially useful for managing agile projects. I also think it can be used lightly as a personal scheduling tool. The drag-and-drop features and web editors were very convenient. I thought the ability to change templates was a nice touch as well. If additional features for team leaders to view various statistical data were added, I think it would increase its usability even further. Pros I think the biggest advantage is its easy-to-use UI/UX. It’s the best app for small businesses or individuals to manage schedules and to-do lists Cons I would like to see enhanced features for viewing the progress and results of to-do lists, such as statistics and a dashboard.
