### "A great addition for small departments (7-10) needing a project management tool"

May 15, 2025

5.0

I have enjoyed using Trello. It integrates well with third party softwares and it's free plan offers great features.

Pros

Trello is a fantastic project management tool. It allows me and my team to work seamlessly on projects. The card system is visually appealing, useful for workflow, and offers helpful collaborative features.

Cons

Trello is a very simple software. If you are looking to unlock more advanced features, you will need to integrate third-party softwares. Trello integrates well, but they could easily enhance their own software by adding better trackers, reporting, and card sorting featuring.

### "The Ultimate CRM"

February 26, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Trello has been positive. I've been using it for nearly a decade as a CRM. I've also used in my personal life to keep things on the track, to keep lists of websites and other things I don't want to lose track of, etc. It's a great tool for organizing thoughts and goals and executing on them long term.

Pros

I like how flexible and versatile it is. I particular enjoy the due dates, as it helps keep me on track. I use Trello as a CRM and have for years, it works wonderfully. The ability to drag cards from list to list is fantastic, making moving prospects through a sales funnel literally a click away.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. Trello is a great tool that is highly versatile. With all the powerups available, it seems there is little you cannot do with it.

### "Beginner Friendly"

June 12, 2025

4.0

Experience is good, suitable for small scale project. I have used it on multiple projects but for bigger projects it is hard to maintain a lot of things. For 1-2 months deadline project or for freelancing I use trello alot.

Pros

Light and Easy to use for beginner and don't have to micro manage alot of things. This is What I love most on trello.

Cons

It should have a better back log management system and sprint management . I cant create a sprint and all which is why I move to Jira.

Alternatives considered

Reason for choosing Trello

Cheap and for small projects I always go for Jira. Free version is enough for me in some projects so I mostly go for jira

### "The best easy and light workflow management app"

July 18, 2025

4.0

Pros

Trello is super simple and a bit "casual" as compared to other project management apps, I am a Trello user from three years and found no significant complaints at all

Cons

Almost everything in Trello is sorted and organized yet I think sometimes it lacks to offer a few sophisticated featured like Asana like Asana's Kanban like workflow view but it does rest all the stuff same above all

### "Easy and Visual Way to Organize Work"

September 1, 2025

4.0

Trello has helped my team stay more organized and aligned. It’s simple, flexible, and works well for small to medium projects. For more complex workflows, we sometimes pair it with other tools.

Pros

The board and card system is very intuitive. I love how I can drag and drop tasks, add checklists, and keep everything visually organised. It’s also very easy to onboard new teammates.

Cons

For bigger projects, the boards can get cluttered quickly. Advanced reporting and analytics are not strong unless you pay for higher plans.

### "Intuitive and Visual Project Management for Teams of All Sizes"

April 9, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been very positive. It is a reliable and flexible tool that works well for both individual organization and team collaboration. It requires almost no learning curve for new members, which makes onboarding very fast. It has significantly improved our workflow transparency and helped keep our team on the same page regarding deadlines and priorities

Pros

The most impressive aspect of Trello is its simplicity and visual interface. The Kanban board style makes it incredibly easy to see the status of various projects at a single glance. I also appreciate the 'Power-Ups' which allow for seamless integration with other tools like Google Drive and Slack, and the Butler automation feature helps save time on repetitive tasks

Cons

While it is excellent for task management, it can feel a bit limited for very complex, large-scale projects that require detailed resource management or native Gantt charts. As the number of cards on a board grows, it can sometimes become cluttered, making it difficult to find specific information without heavy use of filters

### "An easy way to manage accounting projects"

April 26, 2025

5.0

It’s allowed me to better manage my workload and make sure nothing important falls through the cracks, especially during busier times like quarter-end reporting. Having these tasks laid out visually makes it much easier to prioritize and hit deadlines consistently.

Pros

Trello helps me keep track of deadlines for audits, tax filings and financial reporting. What I enjoy about it is how easily you can set up boards and move tasks from one stage to another with this, I can easily see what’s pending, what’s in progress and what’s completed. It’s nice for us to be able to work with our finance team if we’re doing multiple approvals for submitting documents.

Cons

It's good for tracking tasks, but for complicated financial workflows, it can feel a little too simple. Every once in a while, I do wish for deeper integration with spreadsheets or accounting services so I don’t have to add a handful more of third-party apps on top.

### "Trello the trusted partner! "

January 19, 2026

5.0

Trello, was easy to use. As a person who likes to be organized, also who like to see how projects are moving along this platform allowed me to do both of those things. We were able to assign tasks, check progress, timelines, outcomes and give feed back in real time. Trello was a game changer for our teams.

Pros

Trellis, helped me organize my projects. The ability to categorize and also share with other members saved us tremendously in our work together.

Cons

Trello, I’m not sure if there was anything that I did not like about the product. The product provided us with what we needed as an organization.

I enjoyed using Trello for task management - especially for stages in a YouTube automation channel creation - and it was very fun and easy to use.

Pros

Trello is very streamlined, easy to use, and aesthetically pleasing. It is also highly customizable.

Cons

Sometimes it was difficult to collaborate on the same board as other people - we would have to use another tool like Slack to keep communication clear.

### "Trello - Excellent For Project Management "

November 29, 2025

4.0

Trello has been very helpful in our project managing. We typically have up to 20 projects in the works at any given time and Trello makes it easy to track updates and progress. Overall, we have been very satisfied with the system.

Pros

Project management and following the progress of work in progress. It allows you to keep updated as other team members make updates so you know where it is in the process.

Cons

Sometimes difficult to track but that is because we had SO many projects going at one time. Once we streamlined it was much easier.

### "Trello is a great option"

June 13, 2025

4.0

Very good, I do think it's a valuable patt of our tool stack and we dont just use Trello for project management, we also use it for lead tracking - like a CRM

Pros

Very cost effective to use and is very simple and easy to set up as a project management system. It's also easy to assign and track tasks.

Cons

Its not the most visually appealing tool, and the UX isnt the best. It can be a little clunky and overbweraing looking at boards.

### "Simple and Effective – A Year with Trello"

May 20, 2025

5.0

Over the past year, Trello has been a user-friendly, effective project management tool. It has been critical for organizing tasks, improving accountability, and the overall customer experience. I'd definitely recommend this tool to any project manager for managing small to mid-size teams.

Pros

Trello has an intuitive drag-and-drop interface that makes project management engaging. It is simple to use, and I could use it with little learning. Integration with calendars and drives makes it an effective collaboration tool.

Cons

While I love using Trello for task management, the interface can get cluttered as projects scale, as there is a need for more cards and lists.

### "Best App for Group Projects"

May 25, 2025

4.0

I really liked using Trello because it helped me remember all the things I had to do for school. Sometimes I forget my homework or get mixed up but with Trello, everything was right there. I could see what I had to do, what I was working on, and what I finished. That made things a lot easier for me.

Pros

I like how I can see all my tasks in one place. Trello lets me see what I have to do, what I’m doing and what’s done. It’s like my school to do list.

Cons

Sometimes Trello doesn’t remind me enough about my tasks, so I forget to check the app and miss some important deadlines.

### "Still using after a decade"

January 12, 2025

5.0

Used for more than ten years, I keep going back to it because it's so simple to get something set up and going without having to do a lot of admin out of the box

Pros

Easy to use, simple PM tool that has a lot of complexity if you need it, but out of the box can do the job. Great for collaboration. Simple and not overbearing like others for ex Basecampa can be when it comes to smaller / simpler projects

Cons

More complex functionality is locked away under priced tiers, intergrations with our tools don't work quite how you want them to

### "Simple and less complicated project management"

November 9, 2025

3.0

It is a great too when teams are not very big , and you want to get your work organised without complicating things. But not a very good fit for large and complex projects.

Pros

It is a nice and simple project management tool, dashboard visuals are nice and easy to understand. Board set up dont take too long and you can start working with team quite fast.

Cons

Trello has its limits and not a good fit for the big projects. when you generate performance reports for the project , it doesnt go much in details also automations are not advanced if you're not paying for premium. .

### "Trello is my favorite simplified project management tool"

February 3, 2025

3.0

I like Trello, it's really easy to use, easy to train team members and super straight forward.

Pros

Trello is incredibly easy to learn, easy to use and has a super user-friendly UI. The drag-and-drop interface makes it simple to move tasks, create lists and populate. I think it's best for smaller teams to use and for people who don't want to use very intricate project management tools. Sometimes simple is the most effective!

Cons

Lacks some of the advanced features found in other project management tools, such as Gantt charts, time tracking, and detailed reporting.

### "Trello Helps Summarize Inbound Data"

November 24, 2025

4.0

My overall experience with Trello has been positive. We have used it for years and trained all new employees to use it as a communication device.

Pros

Trello acts as a message board/planner of sorts. We used it to both keep track of inbound shipments, and also a a request service to our buyers. These "boards" were separate and easy to access.

Cons

I don't have much to complain about, however when submitting a new task, you seem to have to create the task, then go back and edit it, rather than do it all at once. that could just be user ignorance on my part, though.

### "Good solution for project management. There should be a feature to sort entries in the card by tag."

January 15, 2025

5.0

Ready-made templates are sufficient. However, integrations are a bit complicated. However, it is a platform where you can easily manage your projects or work with cards.

Pros

It is the right choice to run our internal projects, to run joint projects and to control the work we do together with the customer. Its usage, integration and user interface are quite good.

Cons

Color labels could be smaller. When you give 4-5 color labels to some works, horizontal rectangular color labels take up too much space. The most important deficiency in my opinion is this; each card has a sorting option, but it can only be sorted by name. It would be great if there was a sorting feature by color labels or label values. For example, we set price or download count as color labels. We should be able to sort by price or download count from the sorting options.

Pros

### "One of the easiest interfaces to get used to"

October 7, 2025

4.0

I've used Trello in multiple organisations. It has always been one of the contenders, and it's been one that non-technical staff have adapted to easily.

Pros

Trello has to have one of the easiest interfaces to adopt when you delve into the realm of project management. It's ability to display tasks and their progress through a project life cycle is impressive. The fact that is offers a free solution is impressive. The paid plans are also very well priced.

Cons

There wouldn't be much to dislike in all honesty. If anything, it may not be as advanced in features as some would like. But as a starting point in project management, it's hard to beat.

### "Trello Review"

November 17, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Trello has been very good. It’s simple, flexible, and easy to use for organizing tasks and keeping track of project progress. It works well for both personal and team workflows.

Pros

I’ve always liked how easy Trello is to use. The boards and cards make it quick to see what’s in progress, what’s coming up, and what needs attention. It keeps everything organized without overcomplicating anything.

Cons

The thing I liked least about Trello is that it can feel a little limited once a project becomes more complex. It’s great for simple workflows, but bigger projects sometimes need more structure than boards and cards can offer.
