Things can seem smooth when I use basic functions but for complexes it's other. Pros I like the mention feature for asking for help from anyone on the same shared board. I just type @ and I call a colleague to show or ask something. Cons When the boards start being too much, it is very difficult to deal with them. It allows my organization to stay on brand with my current colors and vibes. Pros I love the endless organization abilities with Trello. I love that you can add your own labels to things so that you can provide all the details you want. Cons There's very little I don't like while using Trello. I think it's a very customizable software for organizing and working together. When you have a big project, it's easy to identify and separate the different tasks involved. You can add comments, custom labels, checkpoints, mentions, attach files/pictures, and much more stuff on them. Also you can format the text in a lot of different ways, like headers, code snippets, URLs, etc. Pros \- It's web-based, which is always a good point. - Easy to use: intuitive, clean GUI... - I can have all my pending tasks organized and tracked. - It's collaborative. - It has a free plan. - They have mobile app. - They add new features included in the free plan. Lots of integrations (for example we use the Box plugin) which make things smoother. Overall it's an amazing project management tool for agencies or individuals. Pros Trello makes it super easy for me and my team to track our projects across a multitude of clients. Even the free version has allowed us to get what we needed for some early wins. Cons The free version allows only one big project, which there are separate boards within. This is fine but the flexibility of having more projects (which is only in the paid version) would be nice. I run both my business and my life on Trello. Any goals I have, events to plan, lists to keep running, are all done on Trello. Pros Trello is very easy to use, customizable, and robust Cons The only flaw that I can find with Trello (and maybe I just haven't figured out how to do it yet) is that you can't set up contingencies...when you mark one card done and want a follow-up to be created. Switched from [Asana](https://www.capterra.com/p/184581/Asana-PM/) I hated Asana, but it was the software that a client used, so I tried to like it. I didn't. Cons There's very little I dislike about Trello, but if I had to scrounge something up I might prefer that more features are enabled in the trial version in order to fully determine if the product is worth purchasing.
