Trello is a tool I use regularly to manage tasks and keep projects moving without overcomplicating things.

Pros

It’s very intuitive. Creating boards, moving tasks, and organizing workflows is quick and clear. It’s perfect for keeping visibility on ongoing work, especially with multiple priorities.

Cons

For more complex project management needs, it can feel a bit limited. You sometimes need integrations or add-ons to go further.

One of the best things out there for projects and notes. Saves a lot of time and makes everything clear and easy to access.

Cons

Slightly cumbersome when it comes to moving things outside of its ecosystem. Would appreciate more export options.

Trello is a great tool for tracking tasks on a kanban-style board and moving them through the different stages of a project.

Pros

I like the ability to create tasks with priorities and manage simple workflows. Trello keeps things clear without overcomplicating anything.

It is great and does everything my team needs in terms of management and SOC2 compliance for development. We stopped using a different project management tool since Trello had all the features we were needing.

Pros

They are constantly adding new features that they see fit and have modernized the UI and included features that have made things more efficient and organized for my team. The ticket templates are cleaner. I am seeing less bugs in terms of their integrations with Github and attaching PRs.

Cons

Nothing I can think of. I do wish there was a quicker way to get the trello ticket links from the front or smaller version of a ticket since this is the link my team will use in Changelogs.

It's super customizable and perfect for marketing and ops teams. Trello helps us with workflows, tasks, deadlines and automates actions using its "Butler" automation feature

Pros

They are adding new power ups often. I've started using the Gmail power up and this is so helpful being able to instantly add a task from an email to my Trello board.

Cons

I would like to see more of the power up's available for the free tier. I chose Trello because it offered a free version but I'm seeing less functionally on the free version.

Overall, Trello is an amazing tool to track your tasks. It's very flexible and you can manage your time very well. You can add checklists, notes, and deadlines too!

Pros

The best thing I like about Trello is the tracking system. It's very organized and I can manage time very well. I can move the tiles freely then put notes to track my tasks.

Cons

I haven't experienced any downside while using Trello aside from the times when it's not working or not loading well. Then when I checked on Trello Updates, nothing shows.

Overall we are quite satisfied with Trello, a great product for SME and enterprise alike, I would recommend this product to any business who is looking to manage projects or tasks more effectively

Pros

The simple UI and layout. The Kanban style makes it very easy to understand what work, at a high level, needs to be done. The marketplace for add ons or integrations is also very comprehensive

Cons

There wasn't much we didn't like while using Trello, the most frequent annoyance was actually just managing how many cards or tickets were on the board at one time.

Overall, my experience with Trello has been very positive. I primarily use the free version, and it’s been more than enough to stay organized and manage tasks efficiently.

Pros

What I like most about Trello is how simple and user-friendly it is. The layout is clean and visually organized, making it easy to manage tasks, track progress, and stay on top of projects.

Cons

he main downside for me is the cost to upgrade. While the free version is great and covers most of my needs, some of the more advanced features are locked behind paid plans
