Je suis entièrement satisfaite de la plateforme Bluekango et du service reçu. Cela fait plusieurs ajouts que nous faisons à la plateforme en fonction de l'évolution de nos besoins et nous en prévoyons d'autres ainsi que l'élargissement de son déploiement au sein de l'entreprise. Je la recommande.

Pros

La plateforme Bluekango est personnalisable et s'adapte à notre réalité d'entreprise, contrairement à d'autres logiciels qui sont pré-configurés et auxquels nous devons nous adapter. De plus, la plateforme est facile à modifier sans avoir de connaissances en programmastion, c'est simple et convivial. La grande force de Bluekango est la flexibilité du produit et la qualité des chargés de projet qui configurent notre plateforme. Une équipe compétente, créative et à l'écoute des besoins du client.

Cons

Puisque la plateforme est configurée en fonction de nos besoin, si on ne sait pas exactement ce qu'on veut, ça devient un peu moins facile. Par contre, ils ont toujours une banque d'applications desquelles nous pouvont partir.

Au final, lorsque l'application sera pleinement utilisée, nous espérons que les supérieurs immédiats auront su bien préparer l'arrivée et l'intégration des nouveaux cadres et que ces derniers se sentirons bien accuellis et bien intégrés.

Pros

La numérisation du processus facilite le suivi des nouveaux cadres, aide les supérieurs immédiats à bien planifier l'arrivée d'un nouveau cadre, permet d'envoyer des alertes pour le rappel de tâches cruciales (p. ex. rencontre de mi-probation) et achemine directement les formulaires importants au bon service.

Cons

La numérisation d'un processus présuppose que ce processus doit être déjà bien établi, or dans un réseau en changement comme l'est le réseau de la santé, il y a des choses qui changent rapidement. Il a donc fallu une grande souplesse de part et d'autre (nous et BlueKanGo) pour y arriver, et nous y sommes arrivés!

Pros

Nous sommes en cours d'implantation d'un système documentaire (formulaires informatisés) avec BlueKango. Leur accompagnement est très apprécié et personnalisé aux besoins du client. Dans notre projet, BlueKango nous a assigné un chargé de projet pour nous accompagner à chaque étape (design, modélisation, formation, soutien technique) ce qui facilite la communication et la compréhension mutuelle des besoins et contraintes.

Cons

Les terminologies propres à la plateforme BlueKango, il faut un certain temps pour assimiler les termes techniques propres à BlueKango. Exemples, BlueWall, BlueApps, etc.

L'utilisation de ce logiciel est très facile et a eu comme résultat que d'autres secteurs de l'Hôpital ont demandé à l'utiliser.

Le volet de la gestion des interfaces avec d'autres systèmes semblent un défi mais les efforts sont mis pour que le tout soit fonctionnel.

\- Lors de changement de workflow dans une blueapp, c'est dommage que cela ne se fasse pas automatiquement et qu'il faille devoir créer une requête.- Il serait intéressant de pouvoir créer des enquêtes en ligne, à diffuser via flash code ou lien, à des destinataires extérieures à notre association (personnes qui seraient non enregistrées dans la gestion des ressources de BKG)- Il serait souhaitable que le droit d'accès aux outils individuels soit paramétrable par utilisateur et non par profil d'utilisateur- Il serait utile de pouvoir diffuser des vidéos pour mettre en place du e-learning en interne sur certaine thématique

J'utilise tous les jours BlueKango que ce soit sur la gestion des évènements indésirables ou les comptes rendus de réunion tout en passant par la gestion document de la structure. Les liens entre formulaires dynamiques me permet d'alimenter et de suivre mes fiches actions. Il me permet également de proposer des applications aux différents services comme les bons techniques ou les commandes de papeterie.

Pros

C'est un outil qui nous permet de créer un univers adapté à notre activité et de créer une quantité importante d'applications de la demande de congés à l'enquête de satisfaction. Son accès web permet à tous les professionnels, quel que soit leur site, d'accéder à l'outil.

Cons

Il faut l'utiliser régulièrement pour pouvoir profiter des ses avantages facilement et bien connaître les subtilités de paramétrage.
