Empecé a trabajar con la anterior versión (2017) que fue sustituida por una reprogramación completa del sistema naciendo la nueva versión (2020/2021) con un seguimiento y asesoramiento por parte de la comunidad para la migración impecable. Lo recomiendo sea cual sea el tamaño de la empresa, válido para pequeñas empresas como para sociedades de mayor tamaño. Adaptable al 100%

Pros

Un sistema creado por una comunidad de programadores. Siempre encuentras a alguien dispuesto a asesorarte y ayudarte sobre las funcionalidades del programa. Un sistema ampliable hasta el infinito con los diferentes plugins aportados por la propia comunidad. Personalizable el 100%

Con FacturaScripts mejoró mi forma llevar el control de la empresa. Es muy intuitivo, y si hay algún problema la comunidad que está trabajando en el te lo resuelve enseguida.

Pros

Es un software de gestión muy completo que se puede adaptar perfectamente a la forma de trabajar de cada empresa. Sus funciones pueden ir de una simple facturación o contabilidad a la gestión de comercial o de proyectos, el control de servicios, y otras muchas más específicas y adaptables a cada necesidad.

Cons

Nada que decir, si surgen necesidades se suelen resolver de forma ágil.

Con el tenemos un control exacto del almacén y una facturación perfecta, con varias series y todo debidamente ordenado. Además es multi empresa y nosotros tenemos 5 marcas usando todas el mismo y único facturascripts.

Pros

El programa es bastante completo en cuanto a contabilidad se refiere, a la gran mayoría de empresas le valdría esta solución. Permite llevar el control de productos, almacenes, proveedores, clientes, presupuestos, pedido, albares y facturas. Con todo eso se puede llevar un control muy decente en cualquier ámbito, pero no se queda solo en eso también hace la contabilidad, asientos, cuentas, diarios, etc. En definitiva una gran elección para quienes necesitan una solución económica (gratis) y con un aprendizaje muy sencillo. Además destacar que lo puedes instalar donde quieras, en tu ordenador, en la nube, personalización completa y de código abierto para que cualquier programador pueda añadir funciones.

Cons

Quizás algo más funciones básicas que otros programas si tienen, por ejemplo las fotos en los productos, poder imprimir todas las facturas de golpe y un apartado de informes más completo. Pero he de añadir que el programa se actualiza cada pocas semanas (casi cada mes), y siempre se van ampliando funcionalidades, por lo que estoy seguro en algún momento estarán estas.

Fue todo un descubrimiento. Buscaba una aplicación para dejar de usar otra basada en DOS, muy muy antigua

Pros

Es muy versátil y adaptable. Mediante la implementación de plugins puede llegar a utilizarse en cualquier sector.

Las funcionalidades que necesitan mejorar, van mejorando día a día.

Pros

Software gratuito que te da una gran cantidad de opciones, con código abierto en el que es posible desarrollador plugins o buscar un desarrollador que lo haga con el fin de adaptarse a las necesidades. Empresa española e ideal para una gran cantidad de empresas que busquen algo sencillo, pero a la vez funcional.

Cons

En la versión 2021 faltan características indispensables para los autónomos (modelo 130 de IRPF), así como otras que existen en la versión antigua.

En la empresa estamos muy contentos con el software. Somos 4 personas las que hacemos uso de éste y no tenemos pegas. Alguna funcionalidad que falta pero que nos han dicho que están en desarrollo. La experiencia ha sido muy buena. De hecho, llevamos 4 años trabajando con este software y no tenemos pensamiento de cambiarlo.

Pros

Es un software muy fácil de utilizar, es muy intuitivo y muy personalizable. Es un software que está en continuo desarrollo y cada semana/mes sacan una actualización con cosas nuevas.

Cons

Hecho en falta algunas funciones pero tras ponerme en contacto con los desarrolladores, me han indicado que se implementarán.

La experiencia es satisfactoria, permite llevar un buen control de facturación y contabilidad de la empresa. El programa es rápido y permite trabajar en remoto sin problemas.

Pros

Sistema limpio y funcional. Tienes el completo control de tu sistema de facturación y contabilidad.

Cons

Falta algunas opciones de automatización, pero pueden programarse.

A todos los clientes que tenemos les gusta, es bastante cómodo para empresas pequeñas, aun no lo hemos desplegado en grandes pero lo tenemos en mente, lo recomiendo, no necesita mucha potencia de servidor y es muy comodo.

Pros

Lo fácil que es la programación de plugins, lo fácil que es de instalar...

Cons

Que haga 30 sentencias a base de datos para pintar cada página, que no funcione al 100% con postgresql...
